An iconic classic is reimagined in the polished style of the new Promaster Dive Automatic men’s watch by Citizen. Going deeper into the history of the original version of this diving watch, it was used by the Italian Navy and released in 1989 for the new generation of dive watch enthusiasts. A design element that stands out is the distinctive, serrated bezel design that was inspired by a fugu, the Japanese name for pufferfish. Featuring a 3-piece, 44mm case, sapphire crystal and a silver-tone stainless steel case and bracelet, the green rotating bezel with an easy-grip aluminum ring surrounds the green dial and luminous hands and markers, while the case back features an engraving of a fugu or pufferfish. This technically advanced and stylish sport watch comes in an exclusive collector’s dive tank box and is ISO compliant with a screw-down crown and water resistant to 200 meters. Caliber 8204.

This is a scam. The watch is fake. I recently purchased this watch and immediately realized it was a fake. The box it is delivered in, is not the actual box for the model/series. The weight is off in this watch, you can tell it was made cheaply. A real version of this watch weighs about 140-145 grams, this weighed less than 50 grams. There is no paperwork for this watch and the serial number can not be registered because it is a fake watch. STAY AWAY, THIS IS A FAKE WATCH! ... show more

Apparently I am a sucker for Citizen design. I have one of their Eco-drives, this is a very different beast. It is solid to the touch; heavy on the wrist and lasts a bit more than a day and a half. That said, it looks amazing, feels solid and does what it is says on the cover. The design is historic and iconic. The color is a lot darker than the well lit pictures suggest. I really like the way this watch is looks. I love Citizen watches. I do have a few. But this one is surprisingly made me feel a bit confused. It stopped after just 8 hours of me not wearing them. Happened 3-4 times. You have to wear it constantly in order them to work. Time accuracy is great. But I have to return it. ... show more
