We visited several name brand stores and we couldn’t get over how cheaply made some of their items are for the extremely high price. We gave this Amazon one a try because we couldn’t find one that we liked and we’re so glad that we did! The table top is beautiful and the table is very sturdy in general. The assembly was a breeze and it was packaged excellently! I was actually a little skeptical when it first arrived because the box looked like it wasn’t holding a large table, but boy was I wrong. An exceptional table overall! The only thing I can comment on as a negative is that the surface of the tabletop is not very scratch resistant, but that isn’t a problem since we’re using a runner and plate mats. ... show more

This is our second time ordering this table. We had the first for a few years. Our kids are hard on tables, but we like this one a lot and it’s a good price so we ordered another. This one has a top panel that doesn’t line up, one of the end panels is completely out of sync. So we cannot assemble it. Been sitting on in our floor in pieces for a few weeks :-/ unfortunately we got rid old one already. Emailed the company as it says to back on 12/26, said they were closed until 1/3, but still no response. UPDATE: Customer service emailed back and sent a replacement table since the single part was not in stock. Replacement arrived within days of email. Looks good! ... show more

When this package was delivered the box was well managed. Which I was very impressed by. I knew then that I wouldn't have any damage to the table. Instructions were very well understanding simple and easy. However there were 2 wooden dowels missing in this package so I received only 24 I was suppose to have received 26. Very disappointing, because that delayed my assembly process which would have took me 2hrs. It actually took 4hrs in-between me having to go to different hardware store to get what was missing. Also, once my table was assembled I noticed little scratches on top. Over all this product is so beautifully made stury and heavy I am pleased. ... show more
