I got these to help someone with a knee injury, but I've also been using them for stretching and adding resistance to rowing and bows. I thought the smaller bands in the picture were just thin bands, but they turned out to be loops, which I keep finding new uses for. It also comes with a small bag that everything manages to fit into, very convenient for travel and storage.

These bands are the full package. I am allergic to latex and they are latex free. They give you three loop bands at three different levels and five additional band to use for various exercises. The media could not be loaded. I was looking for a way to do some strength training when I don't have a chance to go to the gym. I picked up these exercise bands and they have been great so far. I've been using them for a little while now. I like how there are two styles of bands, there are thinner ones that are a full circle, but I can use for upper body arm workouts or squats, and I tend to use the heaviest resistance band. This set comes with a workout book, which was nice because I honestly didn't know where to start with exercise bands before this. They're pretty easy to clean, I just wipe them down when I am done, and then put them back in the little bag that they came with. Overall a good set so far, I will update my review as I continue to use them.
