I have been a bad sleeper since I can remember, sometimes it would be falling asleep, sometimes it would be STAYING asleep. A few years ago I began leaving on brown noise on my phone but I didn't like that my phone was in use all night. So I decided to get a sunrise lamp! I really am shocked at how good this clock is. Here are my favorite things: 1) The digital clock interface can be switched off completely - not all sunrise lamps have this feature. 2) There are so many different light settings for a variety of colors. 3) It's easy to use and had a great interface. It's been working perfectly AND the company offers a lifetime warranty. 4) I fall asleep so easily and actually STAY asleep. 5) I'm more inclined to get up in the morning instead of hitting snooze because the light makes me want to get out of bed. I wanted an alarm that would light up my room gradually and this is perfect! I am such a heavy sleeper and I hit snooze on my phone until I’m rushing. I set this clock on the other side of my room so I can get up and turn it off by then I don’t feel as tempted to get back in bed anymore. You can set the light as bright as needed and has different settings for the sound and also has radio. It has mood lighting as well if you’re into that. 10/10! ... show more

If you have trouble getting up in the dark mornings of fall and winter, I recommend this alarm clock! I have only used it for about a week, but I really like it. It works well for me. It starts out dim enough that it seems to gradually wake me up so when my radio alarm goes off, it's not such a struggle to get up now that the sun is rising later. I still use my regular radio alarm clock for sound because I can't snooze the radio on this item without also turning off the light, but that works fine for me. I thought the alarm setup was pretty easy except for the radio settings. You can't easily change between stations, but again, not a problem for me. I love that you can set the final brightness level, so it doesn't have to get extremely bright if you don't want it to. ... show more

Had it for since months. Love how bright it gets in the morning. Has a 30 minute warm-up so it doesn't just shine brightly all at once. Also, the radio doubles as a white noise machine. Just turn it to a station with nothing on it and that works great to help me sleep. 10/10 for price. The sunrise method works great. Gentle awakening. And having a bird call as a buzzer is neat. The rest not so much. It's rather complex to program. The "sounds" are mimimal and on a very short loop, so very monotonous. There are so many buttons, that it's hard to fine the right one to turn it off when still groggy. I have it set to conceal the fime but for some reason, it always come back on and is very bright. So I just turn it away. I do love the sunrise function and that is what I bought it for. ... show more

I bought this for my wife and she loves it. The light gets gradually brighter starting about 10 minutes before the alarm sounds making for a natural wake up. The ability to turn off the display while you sleep is an amazing feature that she uses every night.

When I discovered this Clock, I fell in love with the idea waking up to the morning light next to me!..Chirping birds, piano or ocean and thunderstorms, I took the top 4 that I could find, With Reviews, Size, descriptions like Mood lighting, nature sounds, and I picked this one..I had to have the waves and ocean sound since I live in Florida..The Instructions were informative, I'm learning on the clock about setting up my morning wake up call..The Piano music, is sweet, the birds chirp, I think the sounds are great, clear to me, In this pic I had the dimmer down somewhat in the middle..I love the colors that it projects..The only thing is the TIME Light is not as bright when the Mood color is on..Like I said, I'm sure it's just a tweak I need to make when I get more familiar with this Clock, but all in all, I love it, It makes me happy! ... show more
