I am enjoying this clock. It's VERY bright - several levels. Sound level is good. I like the birds better than the others for waking up; however, the loop is too short (my opinion). The loudest bird is only about three or four notes and then repeats over and over. That bird is kind of annoying to me (but then, would I get up if it was soothing?? hmmm?). I can assure you that if it isn't recorded real bird sounds, they are close enough. My cat was fooled! It's a little complicated on the alarm set up. However, everything else was easy enough and it's nice to have two different alarm settings. The clock time light can be dimmed or brightened. The photo is just of the color, but the white/sunlight can be made at whatever level you want. I think there were 20 settings. I have it around 16 and it lights up the room. It has been really helpful as I wake up better to light than I do to an alarm in a dark room.

Easy to setup, easy to use, clear instructions (if you need to reference them). This thing is really configurable. You can set different colors, different intensities different sounds levels, etc. The sound choices are nice as well (not just your conventional alarms, you can have something less abrasive like chirping birds, waves, etc., or just set it to a music station). Personally I'm a fan of the crashing waves to wake up gently to along with the light. The alarm-specific buttons (alarm 1, alarm 2) have identifying bumps, so you know you're pushing the rights ones even in a groggy, just-waking-up stupor. Love the dial feature for setup time too (much faster than using buttons). Also, the USB charge port is a nice to have. Overall very pleased and a definite recommend.

If you have trouble getting up in the dark mornings of fall and winter, I recommend this alarm clock! I have only used it for about a week, but I really like it. It works well for me. It starts out dim enough that it seems to gradually wake me up so when my radio alarm goes off, it's not such a struggle to get up now that the sun is rising later. I still use my regular radio alarm clock for sound because I can't snooze the radio on this item without also turning off the light, but that works fine for me. I thought the alarm setup was pretty easy except for the radio settings. You can't easily change between stations, but again, not a problem for me. I love that you can set the final brightness level, so it doesn't have to get extremely bright if you don't want it to.

I've had this for a few weeks now and am overall pleased with the product. The gradual lighting does wake me up effectively, usually before it gets to its full potential brightness. Not quite a 5 star because the sound quality is so-so and it feels like pretty light plastic (although comes with a lifetime warranty, so there's that) but the other features are good. You can set how long you want the gradual lighting period to last (ie over 10 minutes or over an hour), the intensity of the light, the loudness of the alarm sounds, choose sound effects or radio, set 2 different alarm times (one for M-F, one for Sat/Sun).

I have been a bad sleeper since I can remember, sometimes it would be falling asleep, sometimes it would be STAYING asleep. A few years ago I began leaving on brown noise on my phone but I didn't like that my phone was in use all night. So I decided to get a sunrise lamp! I really am shocked at how good this clock is. Here are my favorite things: 1) The digital clock interface can be switched off completely - not all sunrise lamps have this feature. 2) There are so many different light settings for a variety of colors. 3) It's easy to use and had a great interface. It's been working perfectly AND the company offers a lifetime warranty. 4) I fall asleep so easily and actually STAY asleep. 5) I'm more inclined to get up in the morning instead of hitting snooze because the light makes me want to get out of bed. I highly recommend this lamp for people with sleeping issues or people who want to get an earlier start to their day!!

I have a cheap Walmart alarm clock that is glittery and cute, but the display is so diminished that I have a hard time seeing the numbers. Thus, I bought the Ecobre Wake Up Lamp/Clock. This clock is pure awesome sauce in that the display is clear and bright with and without the lighting. The colors morph well on the display, the radio plays well, alarms are easy to set, the white noise is clear but loud, volume and light levels are easily adjustable. All and all, I like this alarm clock and hope to use it for years to come. I spent $13 on my Walmart clock radio so this clock was well priced at $26 with coupon. Well worth the money!
