This thing is the real deal. Very powerful, cuts like butter as long as you oil regularly, and has great battery life. All the components are high quality including the adjustment lever. The only time it pulls hair is no guard lever all the way open, but that doesn't last for more than a few seconds. Very ergonomic shape to it as well, easy to hold with a nice rubber design. Only negative is that it does get hot, but that really only affects you when you have no guard on the clipper. These clippers have been a game-changer for my salon. They glide right through the hair, they cut GREAT. They are easy to use and not having the cord has been amazing. They keep a good charge and I absolutely love them. Sometimes, the lowest setting with no guard can hurt the client and I haven’t quite figured out why because it doesn’t do it to everyone. I just go very slowly when using that setting and it seems to be the trick. Otherwise, I LOVE THESE!!!!! 10/10 recommend!!! ... show more

Very nice trimmer, seems well made and the power of the motor is unbelievable. After 8 year's I finally broke my last Wahl trimmer, a cordless “Peanut” that I think shaved my face and head closer than the Vision but with this one, it only took half the time. Wahl really should have named this the “The Beast” as nothing slowed down the blades. With metal connections on the attachments this appears to be a very high quality product. You definitely get what you pay for… having said that, really Wahl, you couldn’t include a little bag to carry it in? ... show more

I’ve been barbering for over 30 years and these make line work sooooooooo easy. I bought the vanish foil shaver first and they were so smooth that I added the vanish clipper to my tool box and they work beautifully. So I have been a loyal Wahls customer for years . I usually use the “balding” clippers as I like to get as close as possible when shaving my head. These things are AMAZING. Super sharp and cut effortlessly, did not seem to heat up on me as some complained in their reviews, over all great clippers, only downgrading one star due to one of the plastic guards have brocken off teeth I believe the quality control on that needs to be better as the packaging is well put together on the inside. ... show more

I like how it fades BUT GETS HOT FAST. I can do one cut then I have to let them cool off.
