Item was returned. It worked well for 1 month of use them something broke in the spray handle that allowed hot steam to come out of the handle. It burned my hand. This was under normal use. I would caution against buying this product, serious harm could have been caused. I was lucky to not have a more severe burn with it. One moment it was working fine and the next it broke, no signs of something starting to go wrong. Amazon did provide a full refund for the product when it was returned. ... show more

I would have given this item 5 stars, because the product itself works well. However, the Amazon list states that, for wallpaper removal, "[t]he large and small steam plates make wallpaper removal a breeze." It only comes with one large attachment, which is confirmed by the Wagner website. Amazon did offer me a 20% refund on my purchase, to make up for it, so I accepted that. ... show more

Works great my brother had this and told me it was good so when I seen it on sale here on Amazon I had to get it. It warms up fast and having button to let the release the steam when needed anf all the attachment comes in handy for all of the cleaning needs. It also hold a good amount of water for cleaning. This is the second Wagner steamer I've purchased. I loved my first one and would have highly recommended it. Unfortunately, this newer model failed after only 20 minutes of use. While running in the continuous-on setting, the handle burst, causing hot steam to spray directly from the handle. I had to scramble to unplug the unit while steam and burning hot water continued escaping. As a result, both of my palms were burned, and blisters have formed. I've already filed a claim with Wagner before starting the Amazon return process.
