I installed these fans on a screen porch and they're nothing short of awesome! They have 6 "regular" speeds as well as 3 "breeze modes" where they simulate real breeze... These are controllable through the app, as well as, the bluetooth remotes, and the wall controller (that I bought separately). Occasionally, I have to pull the power disconnect on the wall controller to get them both to sync up, but I'm also running these through Homebridge to connect to HomeKit and they work amazing through the Home App - and I haven't lost them there at all - so round about Siri compatible. Anyway, I would 100% recommend these. Installation was great - they are expensive, but I've installed a few dozen ceiling fans in the last few years for different people, and hands down, these are the simplest installation of ANY of the brands out there - especially the junk from the big box stores. There's a reason these aren't usually sold at those kinds of stores. The light *could* leave something to be desired if it was the only light in a room, and it was a larger room... as it's a built-in LED and not a lamp that you swap, but it's great for the porch we have it on - even at night. No glare, and good brightness. Don't hesitate to buy this. They're quiet, have great air flow, and look great! ... show more

The fan works very well, totally silent and attractive. The remote while a little small is intuitive. The light could stand to be a little brighter. As for installation I hired an electrician to install. They had a few minor issues which would not have incurred if they had read the instructions. Changing the direction of the blades can be done easily via the remote which is a nice feature esp since the fan hangs from a 12 ft ceiling. I have only had fan a few days so can’t comment on dependability. Bottom line, I am very happy with the fan. ... show more

I have installed easier fans but over all not to bad of an installation. I had a little technical issue that I had to call tech support for. Bradly took his time and walked me through everything (5 star support). Over all this is a great quiet fan that is very economical to run. It fits into my smart home and can be remotely controlled when I am not home via my Ecobee thermostat. I live in FL and leave my fans running 7/24, when I recently did my research I found out DC motors not only run quieter but also use less energy. I will be purchuasing an other Fan with an LED for my second bedroom. ... show more

Had an old Hunter Douglas and it always hummed. I'm a woman over 60, so you know we are professional critics when it comes to getting cool. Super quiet and just because it only has 3 blades, it works beautifully. My husband commented on a piece of equipment they included for installation so that you can attach and be hands free-while installing. Don't know how else to explain it but he's an engineer and he thought this was so helpful. Solid ass fan that comes with remote and can work from your existing switch on the wall. They also give you a holder for the remote to put near your light switch, so the dog doesn't get a hold of it. ... show more
