This is a good set of pots and pan for the budget conscientious or anyone just starting out. I was in need of a new set because we were switching over to Induction Cooktops and our older set wasn't made of magnetic materials so they wouldn't work. These definitely work well with Induction. First thing out of the box that I noticed is their light weight. At first, this was a bit concerning but was cleared up by their cooking performance. On an Induction surface the light weight allows these pots and pans to heat up very quickly. I can bring water to a boil within a couple of minutes. That is quite literally microwave speeds. The non-stick surface is just that and bit more. I do use a bit of oil while cooking but it is almost not necessary with these. Cleaning them is extremely easy. Just a tiny bit of soap and everything just comes out clean. I haven't even needed to soak them or use the dishwasher on them. Now to the only issue that I have had with these is the handle setup for the glass lids. The glass is very nice and thick, plus the handles themselves are fairly nice. However, the metal disc between the glass top and the handle will hold water if the lids are underwater in the sink. To drain them, the handles have to be unscrewed to let the water out. They aren't any drain hole there. Then the small washer holding the handle from the bottom side of the lid is too thin and can be crushed if over-tightened. These are minors issues in the end and can be easily fixed by a trip to the hardware store. However, had the company added just a bit better washers and design to that part of the lids, these would've been a nearly perfect set of pans. For that they only scored 4 stars in my book. They do cook up great omelettes so still worth it. ... show more

These are pretty standard knock-around pots and pans. They aren't bad, but they don't seem like they're going to last very long. They handles feel flimsy, you have to attach he handles to the lids, and the bottoms are very thin, so you can expect some burned stuff if you're not paying attention. That said, what this set lacks in quality it delivers in value. For the price, you can't really go wrong, given the different types you're getting. I'd say these would be great for someone who isn't cooking all the time, like a college student or someone who just doesn't enjoy it. ... show more

Finally got a chance to use this set and see if I need to get rid of my Calphalon set. I guess not yet. This is a lower tier set of pots and does the job, but not as sturdy and heavy duty as the top tier. I guess you can't ask for much at this price point. I do not consider myself a cook, and my microwave is my best friend. Every once in a while, I will have the need to break out a pot, or a pan. And, though they have not been used a heck of a whole lot, over the years, I realized that I had been using the same set, for more than 20 years. I know that the technology has changed, over that time period. Therefore, when I got the opportunity to get this set of Vvwgkpk pots and pans, I did not hesitate. This set consists of a 4-quart casserole pot and lid, a 2.1-quart saucepan and lid, a 7.9 inch frying pan, and a 9.5 inch frying pan and lid. They're made of stainless steel, and have a non-stick coating, which requires less oil or butter, and makes for easy cleanup. They are, also, dishwasher safe. Who knows, with these, I may start cooking more, for myself and others. This set makes it easier. Lastly, according to the vendor, the set is backed by superior quality assurance. If one encounters any problems, they ask that they be contacted, via their 24/7 online customer service. I am hoping to never have to make contact. ... show more
