TL:DR Fantastic tool to add to your vehicle Bought this after my dad semi-stole my mini air compressor. Thought why not try something that can jump a battery off as well. Price was good, size is great and IT ACTUALLY WORK AS INTENDED. Dad called me one day saying his truck died at the car wash. Drove up, popped this out and hooked it up. Easy to use since I didn't even read the directions. Jumped his truck off immediately, twice (his battery was fubar'ed). Then a week later, go to drag my ATV out. Saw the tires were flat and thought "heyyyy, I'll try my Vtoman on it". Now, the settings for air are.... odd in my opinion. each setting has a range it will fill. for care tires its like 30+ psi but won't go lower. Well ATV tires are around 15 max. So I had to put it on the "basketball" setting to get a low enough range to do so. But! It worked like a charm. Being that low, it may cut on an off immediately depending on the tire and the state its in. Mine, it'll sometimes do that or just fill up like normal. When it does its on/off routine, I'll try emptying the tire out or just kick it some while its filling. Tends to want to register full right as it starts. ... show more

So far so good with the tire inflater and jump starter, on three bars of battery once arrived was able to add 10-15 psi to 5 separate tires and it still had charge left.(I have the X5 with less W/Hr too!) Only thing that could be bad about this product is how long its lifetime is. If it goes out(junked) in a short period of time I’ll update the review! My wife bought me this as a gift. I drive a big Ford 7.3 L diesel. Was positive this would not help me. I was completely wrong. My truck was flat dead hit the boost button started my diesel no problem. That is incredible. Highly highly recommend this. Thank you, VTOMAN!!!

Was motivated to purchase this product after receiving a good review on YouTube via the GOAT channel Project Farm. Only gripe I have thus far is the unit came dirty as if someone had used it and returned to Amazon. I was hesitant to keep it knowing that it may be missing pieces or a dud altogether. Nevertheless I took it out to test on my mother's SUV which has been sitting in her driveway for the past 3 years. Hooked up the tires and the unit inflated them from low 20s to 36 psi -- not bad albeit a bit loud but my old portable tire inflator is just as loud. Nice to have an all-in-one unit rather than 3 separate items as I was using before. Anyhow, took air hose off, attached clamps onto the battery terminals, pressed the boost button, received the green light and attempted to crank over the engine -- it fired up first try. Not bad at all. I will be bringing this unit along with me for road trips and fishing trips so it stays inside my bugout bag permanently. Hopefully I'll never have to use it for the car or boat but nice to know it works as advertised and adds that extra layer of security whenever I'm out and about. ... show more
