Uodate: It's been 8 months and it's going strong. I love it, keeps the room cool. Noise is a little lit loud but acceptable, I have not tried their quiet sleep mode though. It's like background white noise so it's fine. Easy to use and recommend it. It's new but so far so good. I'm here in Florida and I at home so I don't want to lower my entire ac because my office gets hot. This baby does the trick. It's bigger than I thought it would and it's not loud but not quiet either. For me though it's like white noise so it's fine. Keeps my room cool. Helps keep me cool, but I need to upgrade to a higher BTU, I'm a hot sleeper and this helps alot. But I like it cold otherwise I wake up in a sweat. Still a wonderful amd reliable AC.

Bought this for a small home office that had no heat or A/C. (~100 sq ft) No issues cooling or heating the space. Biggest gripe is the thermostat is horribly inconsistent. It gets “stuck” and it does so inconsistently. One day it’s set for 65F and the room is around 66F, reasonable difference. Another day it’s set for 65F and the room is 76F! Have to adjust it down several degrees to get it to shut off. So if you’re using it in a space that is typically occupied, no issues. If you’re using it to maintain a room automatically with no one coming and going, you’re going to see huge temp swings (and electric bill!)

Love this AC unit, it works great and gets cold instantly the controls are basic but work great. I am glad I took a chance on a brand I have never heard of until I read such great reviews on the product and said it must be good and I was right. It's small so it doesn't take up to much space. It even comes with the installation kit and foam for sealing your window. The noise is not bad but it's not quiet but thats ok. Update. Vremi has amazing customer service. My unit started to not display the temperature correctly and I was luckily still under warranty for that month. I figured they would send a repairman or tell me to lug it somewhere but to my surprise they just sent me a brand new unit with out sending this one back or verifying the issue. Amazing, life long customer 😀

The compressor went out after 10 days and was spewing coolant at which point it made a very loud bang and started blowing 170°F air into my daughter’s room. I spoke with the company and they strung me along, promising to send a return box for shipping and then a product replacement. I never received any return calls. I then contacted Amazon and spoke with an incredible CSR from Amazon and a supervisor. I then contacted Amazon and spoke with an incredible CSR from Amazon and a supervisor. Yiry and they were amazing and helped me to at least be able to try and fix my problem. Open your Amazon account for once again, showing you have the number one customer service in the world, training your company well, incredibly well. I don’t know where you’re getting these nice people, but I sure wish some of them were my neighbors again. I want to thank Amazon for providing me with problem-solving techniques to help fix this issue when the company would not, such as the two people that assisted me today. You know who you are. Thank you. You’re amazing. Amazon, get more like them. Remember, if you’re reading this review, Amazon does not make a lot of these products and the customer service representative that you speak with did not have anything to do with the problems, so treat them nicely because they are very good people and they also have people talking bad to them all day long, so just be that one person that brightens their day. They deserve it.

This was an amazing deal when I bought it. It has Heat that works amazingly, AC and dehumidifier work just as well. Noise isn't too loud, all standup AC'S are an awkward size so thats normal, it looks quite nice in my opinion. Quality remote controls and more than enough pieces to fit the window.

I have owned this unit for over 4 years. It still cools the same as the day I got it. Having a remote and fan option is awesome. The fan is great for white noise sleeping. The compressor is a little loud when it kicks on but not so loud you can’t sleep through it. The only negative is the led screen doesn’t fully show the temo anymore. Never leaked and rarely have to empty it.

1. It came with one wheel broken that the company wouldn't replace for free, wanted me to buy a whole pack of aprox 9 wheels on Amazon instead. I just ended up putting a block of wood under it. 2. There is no point to it having wheels anyway because the water tube that drains through the floor will either pop off the back if you move it or will pinch and crush the tubing. Nightmare to install even for my handyman. The drain should be MUCH higher so that it drains EASILY from a higher height by gravity. As it is it is so low that there is no way to have it drain through the tube unless you put a hole in your floor going almost straight down which leaves no wiggle room to move the unit. Also it does not come with a drain pan. Even if it did, this thing produces almost a 5 gallon bucket's worth of water every couple days. I live in humid AR so maybe that is why there is so MUCH water...but if I used a drain pan, I would have to empty it every hour and because it isn't attached to the unit, that would ALSO prevent moving it around. It was hard to install because the drain goes in the back but to reach the back you have to turn it a bit toward yourself to reach while you hunch in a corner but if you turn it very far, the tube is at risk of becoming kinked or popping off. My tubing also arrived crushed and too short and I had to buy replacement tubing that wasn't cheap, about $10-15. But...AFTER installation, it you NEVER MOVE IT, it works great. I wish I could give it 5 stars for its quality function, but the install is too horrific. It was easy to hook it to a window for venting though. I bought 2 units at once and had tbe same experience with it except it had all 4 wheels. (But it is a downside that it moves easily when it CAN'T move without it ruining the drainage).
