I recently changed my eyeglass prescription to include reading "pane" at the bottom of the lenses. The style of glasses I wear do not have the nose pads to prevent slippage and I was getting frustrated that the glasses would slip down while I was reading. Might be a bit challenging to attach these to the sunglasses if the ends are wide but I think they will stay on - once they're on. Many good colors to choose from too.
