Was skeptical at first, thin gauge metal had me worried. Arrived in great shape and on time. Some easy assembly required, bout 30 minutes. Make sure to do a good long burn at high temp to get rid of any contaminants that may be present from manufacturing and shipping before cooking. I used seasoned hickory for both burn and cooking. Any one with any experience with bbq or grilling should have no issues. Should hold up for atleast 5 years..make sure to preheat the stone or you will break it....happy cooking!!

The media could not be loaded. The pizza oven came with assembly instructions, and all of the accessories pictured. I wish there was a "user manual", or something that tells me how to use the oven properly, or tips for use, something like that. I felt a little lost when trying it out the first time. I've used the oven three times now, and I'm starting to get the hang of it through good 'ole trial & error. It will make one 12" pizza (medium size) at a time. Have plenty of wood on hand (it burns quickly), and I use a little bit of charcoal to keep my temperature more consistent (thermometer works great!). I put my pizza or calzone in once I feel my fire is consistent, and I cook it until the bread looks done (the timing depends on how hot the oven is). Do not pre-heat the pizza stone (that was my first mistake...burned the bottom of the first pizza). Allow the pizza stone to cool if you are going to make more than one pizza. (I have another pizza stone, so I can let the first stone cool while baking on the second stone.) These are the kinds of tips I was hoping to get with the pizza oven. Regardless, I am very, very happy with the pizza oven! *edit* - another tip: rotate the pizza turn a quarter turn every couple of minutes. This will help get an even cook, too (discovered this tip over the weekend!)

I guess considering the price I shouldn’t be expecting excellence but it was wobbly from the beginning even following directions to a T and re tightening everything. First time using it the doors warped a bit. But hey it made a delicious wood fired pizza. This probably won’t last long but I guess that’s what you get these days with anything.

Purchased two. Gave one to my son in law for birthday. Upon first use it melted!!, When cooking pizza the door, inside walls melted and pizza was covered in it. Unusable. When I tried to return I was advised to take to shipping company and return at my expense. It is extremely heavy Ann I am unable to lift so can not return, Also concerned how much shipping would cost given the weight. So I have one brand new still in box and one in my son in laws garden unusable as it melted. I did not realize when purchasing that it was from second party, I thought Imwas ordering from Amazon. Extremely disappointed in Amazon.

I have wanted a pizza oven for so long, and this little oven is fantastic for the price! You really need a team to do this well; one to monitor the oven and one to prep the pizzas. I was told the first pizzas would burn and be inedible but ours were delicious (but the bottoms were slightly burnt). The second time we used it, we just doubled the stones and that remedied the burning. Super fun, easy to use, and great price.
