In reading or writing reviews I prefer to distinguish between reviews of the product and that of the company. I often read reviews where the product is given a poor rating not because of any inherent flaw in the product, but because a customer service technician with the company was rude to a caller. While reflecting poorly on the company it does not diminish the quality of the product itself. This review is for the Voniko batteries I recently purchased. The product arrived quickly, the packaging was what you would expect from a professional organization. There was no damage to the product or it's carrier. When installed in my devices the product performed in accordance with the expectations for a high quality battery. I am unable to address the longevity of the batteries as they were only received within the past week. However, based upon my current experience I have no reason to believe they will not function as advertised. If they fail to meet expectations in any way, I will of course update my evaluation to provide prospective buyers with the unbiased relevant information I value when reading a review.
