Excellent waterproof mascara remover!! Takes waterproof mascara off quickly with minimal swipes and no rubbing!! Initially I thought it was oily, but I didn't read instructions which state shake well. The oil sits on top, so if you don't shake it you only get oil. BUT, when you shake it, the oil gets evenly distributed and the remover is not oily when used. I did pictures and a video. Shake it to get the milky color then it's ready to use. Removes waterproof mascara quickly and completely without rubbing and doesn't leave an oily residue.
