This my favorite eye makeup remover. Pretty sure it's the same formula as the old Clean and Clear one that I used for years. It's gentle on my sensitive eyes and never burns. Leaves a little bit of an oily feeling, but it's moisturizing rather than greasy. You gotta shake it up a little bit before using it, but this stuff works great for getting off waterproof formulas. Just put some on a cotton round and hold the pad down on your eyelid for a little bit before wiping off. It's also worked really well for removing long-wear lipstick! ... show more
