I have a few Airbnb units and the rooms are not super big, so space is an issue. This sofa was super fast (maybe 5 min) to build, looks great and is comfortable. I like the neutral color and the color is not too light to show every little stain. Will get another one for another unit.

This is a very small love seat, has the feel of a padded bench. It came in 2 boxes, each box weighed about 35lbs each and I could fit one box comfortably in my chevy sonic hatchback. It is comfortable enough for my clients in my small office. It seats 2 people comfortably. I recommend having it against a wall, the back is not very high. It was super easy to put together. I took a gamble and ordered this couch because it seemed like the right size for a small apartment. I am 5’3” and it certainly fits me and is the right scale for my apartment but it was very low to the ground. I believe the legs that come with it are 6” legs. I ordered a separate set of 10” legs from another vendor and it feels like a much better height now. I am happy with the overall look of the couch but it isn’t soft and cozy to sit on. It feels very stiff and the center seam (where the 2 halves connect together) is very hard. If I had the money I would have invested in something of higher quality but it looks good and will serve my purpose for now. ... show more

Great Loveseat at a Bargain Price! This couch arrived on time with two big boxes and was easy to assemble by hand in about 15 minutes, no tools needed. When we just open the boxes, it has a slight smell. It isn't terrible and after a few hours out of its box it goes away. It's a small couch and not super deep but I am ok with that because it'd take up a lot more space in our tiny living room if it was any deeper. As to quality: This is not an expensive couch so you will not find any expensive touches but the fabric was that it looks better in person than I was expected. The couch is comfortable sit on, not too soft but not too firm. If you're looking to replace your current living room furniture and are on a budget, you can't go wrong with this ... show more

What did i get myself into. I received the item and it came in two boxes on different days and one was late having yo spend all the as each package was too big to be left at the door. The couch is very uncomfortable and sits crooked. It’s also very small. I tried to to return it and they are asking me to pay $80 to return it in two boxes or keep it for 10% off and just gift it or sell it in a second-hand market?? What horrible customer service is that. If you want to overpay for a trash quality chair that is worse quality than ikea and get only half of your money back when you return it, these are the guys to buy from ... show more

I must admit that, at the time, I did not fully realize the implications of this issue, and I continued to use the sofa, hoping that it might settle over time. This is not a high end, high quality furniture piece, but it doesn't claim to be. If you're looking for luxury and cozy comfort, this is not for you. However, it is just right for a small space and limited use, which is exactly what I needed. Bought this to serve as an occasional use accent piece in my master bedroom. Perfect fit for that purpose! Assembly wasn't as simple as expected, though, as the instructions for attaching the back rests were unclear. For future buyers....you must slide the hardware together from the front, not the back. Shipping took much longer than it should have, but it's also holiday time in the era of a pandemic. Ordered 11/27, received 11/24. FedEx detoured the delivery to Chicago, their error, when it only ever needed to travel from southern California to central California. The seller's customer service was very supportive, multiple times offering a partial refund to continue waiting or a full refund with cancellation. Both times, I opted to wait, which ultimately resulted in a net refund of almost 40% of my original payment total. ... show more
