I am a student attending school online and I bought this chair because the chair I purchased a year ago for ne to sit in had stopped adjusting right, the chair would no longer lock in a position and since I was going tombe sitting in it at least 5 days a week 8 hours a day that I needed something that would be comfortable and provide me with support in my lower lumbar region and so far it has provided me with not only comfort but the needed support that I was looking for . The message error works well ans and is a plus for anyone who sits in a chair for long periods of time, ir also has a retractable foot rest which provides you with a comfortable resisting position when you lean back to put your feet up and rest or play computer games or watch TV. It was relatively easy go put together and my friend was able to assemble it in about 30 minutes. If you are looking for a chair that provides comfort and support as well asprovidea younmassages in your lower lumbar region as well as a retractable foot rest that you can lean back and rest most comfortably and don't mind paying the price of $179.000 plus tax then this is the chair footrest you. It is in my opinion a little goo pricy for me but then again I paid it in the long run where as I went a less expensive route with my first chair and ended up purchasing a gel cushion for providing support for my support from the longhours I sit in a day so I guess in the long run if you want support for your back after sitting long hours a day then this chair is perfect for you and the purple one goes great with my room decor.

Got this chair around three weeks ago for the start of a new semester of college. So far I have been very satisfied overall. Assembly was fairly simple, though the box came with two sets of instructions, one that had properly labeled parts and one that didn't. Took around half an hour from start to finish. The head cushion is easy to move and is reasonably nice to lean on for an extended period of time. The lumbar support cushion has a vibration function that plugs into a type-c port, allowing it to connect to a laptop or wall socket. Has three modes, and they take some getting used to but it helps your back from getting sore. The reclining as a little stiff or very soft. If you lock in the position of the chair, it won't move on you. You have a little movement from the base, but the back won't move at all. But if its unlocked, it moves a little too easily, so if you are putting weight on it when you release the lever on the bottom you are likely to immediately lay back, and it doesn't immediately rise when you take weight off of it. However, if you want to be laying down, the footrest is very easy to move out and you can get nearly horizontal very quickly.

Overall the chair is comfortable and easy on the seat. The headrest and lumbar pillows are softer than other chairs. The massager has a power switch with 3 settings and times out (I didn't any other chair with this). The highest setting is a bit weak, but OK. The foam padding on the seat is firm, but the coil springs make it comfortable. The armrest cushions are too soft and too thin (the elbow bottoms out). The recliner and footrest is typical with other chairs. Quality and design is good, but I did notice the center pattern of the back did not align with the center pattern of the seat (not really noticeable with lumbar pillow). The double wheel swivel makes it easier to move on carpet. Overall the chair is a good buy and excels in the seat comfort.

Really nice chair I needed a upgrade from my crappy $25 chair on left in photo. Chair came with all the screws and allen key to put it together. Took about 45 min not hard at all. Came with clear photo instrictions. Shiping was super fast too!!. It has a nice height and is ajustable. Seems really sturdy too.
