First, the packaging was very, very good with this scooter. It arrived safely with no damage. Unpacking and assembly was really very straightforward. In fact, I only looked at the instructions when I was done to get the link to the phone app. All of the tools that you need are provided and it only took a few minutes to get everything together and to get on the road. Overall, I am really impressed with this scooter. I got the 350W motor version with a top speed of 19 mph. I really wasn’t sure if that was going to be enough for me, and I wasn’t sure how well it would carry me around, as I am 220 lbs. Well, I should not have been concerned! The frame of the scooter is built really strong with very nice welding. It should be able to handle my weight with no issue! The motor is strong and has no problem zipping up to the top speed of 19 mph. It’s also very smooth, no jerkiness at all with the throttle response: just nice, even power coming from the motor. Frankly, I was pretty surprised what this feels like at 19 mph. The scooter is very stable at all speeds, but 19 mph feels very different when you are completely exposed on a scooter as opposed to driving in a car. To me, 19 mph feels really fast and is probably as fast as I would want to go on a scooter. I had also been looking at electric bikes that can go up to 40 mph, and now that just seems like it would be crazy scary to me. 19 mph is plenty fast if you are just zipping around city blocks, running errands, or to take a quick run to the store. This was the biggest surprise to me with this scooter. I thought I was going to feel like the top speed was lacking, but I am actually quite satisfied with the performance and glad that I bought this particular model. I would definitely recommend the Volpam 350W scooter to others. It’s a lot of fun, convenience, and value for such a low price. I am super happy with the quality and performance!

This electric scooter has exceeded my expectations in every way. The ride is smooth and quiet, the controls are easy to understand, and the overall build quality feels solid and durable. It has plenty of power for everyday riding, and the battery provides enough range for running errands, commuting, or simply enjoying a ride around the neighborhood. The display is clear, the brakes respond quickly, and the folding mechanism works effortlessly. I especially like how portable it is once folded, making transportation and storage much easier. After using it regularly, I can confidently say this is one of the best purchases I've made this year. It's reliable, comfortable, and a pleasure to ride.

I purchased this VOLPAM scooter in December 2024 for $219, and before it was even two years old it developed an E7 error and stopped working properly. I contacted VOLPAM and went through the troubleshooting steps they requested, including checking the HALL line connections. Their support indicated that the problem could be related to the motor/HALL line. After troubleshooting did not resolve the issue, I was expecting assistance with a replacement motor. Once they asked for my Amazon order information and saw the purchase date, I was told the scooter only has a one-year warranty and that I should find a local repair shop. They offered no other assistance because the warranty had expired. I understand that the written warranty is one year, but I am very disappointed that a $219 scooter did not even make it two years and that the manufacturer would not offer any help with the replacement part after troubleshooting the issue with me. Based on the longevity of the scooter and my experience with customer support, I would not purchase another VOLPAM scooter. I’m sharing my experience so other buyers know what to expect if something goes wrong after the first year.

I use this scooter for work, doing door to door deliveries, and it's fantastic. I was a little skeptical of it's claims, but they're mostly true. I'm 6'2", and 235 pounds, so I wasn't sure this scooter would work for me, but I took the chance, and I'm very glad I did. Even with my weight, I can get this thing to go 18mph. That's mostly over flat areas, and a little faster going down hill. It's light-ish, folds up easily, and fits in my trunk. For what I use it for, it's great. However, going up hill is not that great. It does down a lot on minor inclines, down to 4mph, and has come to a complete stop in some instances. Once been able to kick off, and keep it from stopping, but it is an issue of like to know about before buying. Also the battery only lasts about 6 miles for me. Not bad, but not great either. Both of those issues are compounded by my weight, and size so take that in to account for what you want the scooter for. All in all, it carries my weight at a really good speed, makes my life easier, and feels very sturdy. And at this price, you can't beat that.

I'm really happy with this scooter. It was around $230, which I think is a great value for the quality. It's reliable, easy to ride, and has held up well for my trips to the park. It's been perfect for that, lightweight, comfortable, and easy to store when I'm done. My only wish is that it had better suspension, as you can definitely feel bumps on rougher paths. Other than that, it's an excellent scooter for the price.

I’m very happy with this scooter. It was easy to assemble and ready to ride in just a few minutes. The build quality feels solid and sturdy, and the folding design makes it convenient to store and transport. The motor provides smooth acceleration, and the scooter has enough power for daily commuting and short trips. The battery life is impressive for the price, and the display is easy to read, showing speed and battery level clearly. The braking system works well and gives me confidence while riding. The ride is comfortable, and the tires handle normal roads nicely！ It looks great, performs well, and is perfect for commuting, running errands, or just enjoying a ride around town. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable and reliable electric scooter.
