I’ve been waiting to leave a review to make sure this was still working well, and it is. I got this for my 15-year-old son six weeks ago and it has been one of the best purchases I’ve ever made for him. He rides the scooter almost every day, and we have not had a single problem with it. He loves how easy it is to ride, the app that comes with it, and the fact that he can lock it with the app to help prevent theft, The smoothness of the ride, the speed variations of the scooter, the links of the battery, and more. The brakes on the scooter work wonderfully, and I love that it has lights for when he rides it at night. He rides the scooter to and from school, to and from friends houses, to the grocery store, and even to take our energetic dogs on runs. I was at first nervous about taking the dogs on a run with it in case they went in front of him, but the brakes work so well that he has never had a problem, and the dogs learned really fast to run next to him. The battery life on the scooters is fantastic! He can go a couple of days without charging, although I try to have him charge it every day, sometimes he forgets and it’s not a problem. My teenager is 5’9” tall and wears men’s shoe size 11. He doesn’t have a problem fitting on the scooter. For me, I wish the scooter was a little bit longer for where to put your feet, but that’s because I don’t have as good of balance as he does. I wear size 10 women’s shoes and I cannot fit both of my feet facing forward on the scooter, they have to be a little diagonal to fit, which means you need to have balance if you have big feet. In my neighborhood at least 50% of people have electric scooters, and we paid way less for this one than they did for theirs, so with that in mind, the value of the scooter is excellent, even if the space to put your feet is a little smaller than I’d like. Overall, this is an excellent buy, and we will probably purchase at least one more for my 13-year-old son, and maybe another one for me, if I can get my balance good enough. I recommend this electric scooter to anyone looking for a good value for a durable electric scooter.

Do not buy this brand. There is no technical support 1. SP01 arrived early 2. Not possible to connect to Bluetooth via the App. Have requested tech support without an answer. 3. Manual says that the scooter will not reach Sport mode without first connecting app. However, in cycling through the speed options via the OK button Sport option activates. 4. Pressing the OK button and the throttle at the same time brings up Fault Code 01 and the wrench key. Indicates there is a problem. I don’t think the scooter is new. It appears to be used or re-furbished BUT SOLD AS NEW. Someone unlocked the speed control with the app. What is the Fault Code 01? And how is the Bluetooth repaired? The technical support web page does not work properly. The box asks for "Your Phone Address" and will not accept a phone number now. Previous email request was returned as "undeliverable". I would like a response from you before posting this as my Amazon review and returning the scooter.

First, the packaging was very, very good with this scooter. It arrived safely with no damage. Unpacking and assembly was really very straightforward. In fact, I only looked at the instructions when I was done to get the link to the phone app. All of the tools that you need are provided and it only took a few minutes to get everything together and to get on the road. Overall, I am really impressed with this scooter. I got the 350W motor version with a top speed of 19 mph. I really wasn’t sure if that was going to be enough for me, and I wasn’t sure how well it would carry me around, as I am 220 lbs. Well, I should not have been concerned! The frame of the scooter is built really strong with very nice welding. It should be able to handle my weight with no issue! The motor is strong and has no problem zipping up to the top speed of 19 mph. It’s also very smooth, no jerkiness at all with the throttle response: just nice, even power coming from the motor. Frankly, I was pretty surprised what this feels like at 19 mph. The scooter is very stable at all speeds, but 19 mph feels very different when you are completely exposed on a scooter as opposed to driving in a car. To me, 19 mph feels really fast and is probably as fast as I would want to go on a scooter. I had also been looking at electric bikes that can go up to 40 mph, and now that just seems like it would be crazy scary to me. 19 mph is plenty fast if you are just zipping around city blocks, running errands, or to take a quick run to the store. This was the biggest surprise to me with this scooter. I thought I was going to feel like the top speed was lacking, but I am actually quite satisfied with the performance and glad that I bought this particular model. I would definitely recommend the Volpam 350W scooter to others. It’s a lot of fun, convenience, and value for such a low price. I am super happy with the quality and performance!

I've been really impressed with this scooter so far. It feels very well built and sturdy right out of the box. Nothing feels cheap or loose, and the overall construction gives me confidence while riding. The brakes work well, especially for the price point. They're responsive and feel safe even when riding at higher speeds. For reference, I'm about 5'6" and 158 Ibs, and the scooter feels very balanced and stable under me. On a straight path, I can easily get well over 35 km/h, which is more than enough speed for commuting or quick trips around town. The battery life has also been great for my needs. mainly use it for short trips, and I can go a few days between charges without any issues. Overall, this scooter offers excellent performance and value for the money. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and fun ride!

It's always scary when you read reviews for these scooters because you never know which ones are real and which ones aren't. We took a shot with this scooter due to the price point being low enough to where if it wasn't worth anything, we didn't feel like we lost too much. I would have to say we are extremely happy in our choice with this scooter.My child loves it. Heck, even I enjoy riding it as the adult. I am let's say 250, and this scooter has absolutely no problem zipping my butt around the neighborhood. I may not make it all the way up to the 18 miles an hour, that it advertises, but this thing can get me moving 11 to 12 miles an hour on a slight upward grade with no issue. The battery life seems to be excellent, as he can ride it around the neighborhood for up to an hour.And still have plenty battery left.I can honestly say we have not used the app to keep track of range and miles as really.It's not important to us.The battery indicator on the display there's just fine letting us know how much ride time he has left i would highly recommend this scooter twenty one.Looking for a entry level scooter that so far has seems the work quite well. If we come across any issues in the future, I will update my review to reflect.

I would have given this 5 stars, but the app doesn't work well at all, and the screws that you put in vibrate out while you're riding it, so I went to Dollar tree, and bought some mult-purpose cement to glue them in.

I purchased two scooters and I love them! I’ve traveled all over town with them just for pleasure, longest trip being 5 miles and only went down 1/5 charges. I’m 5”8 and the handles go all the way to my chest so I don’t recommend the exact model I bought for kids, but I love them. It says it caps out at 22 mph but I’ve definitely gone 35. I also strongly urge you to spend a good amount on a helmet for these scooters going as fast as you go if you were to crash you wanna be prepared. They collapse and store to travel super easily, the top has two hex screws to lock in the handles and it feels very secure no scary wobbles at top speed. It comes with a light on the front it’s very helpful for nighttime, although for additional equipment I recommend buying a high-vis-vest. Overall totally worth the cost! I’d definitely recommend these scooters to friends and family they’re sturdy and look great! Plus no air tires so won’t need replacement for a long time. Seriously buy them :)

Conns; This scooter needs tightening of the metric hex keys that are not supplied. Under the steering post at the folding point, there is a metric hex nut facing downward that needs torque but do not strip. Also on the post, tighten all. I didn't think it would matter but if you lose bluetooth connection from your phone and are riding, the control settings change without warning. The braking won't stop you fast enough at any speed. You must slow ahead of time but the brakes are good. Pros; Fast like your on a motorcycle, feels smooth with excellent suspension. Long cruise are very doable. Battery doesn't seem to ever go down. I've ridden all day and still stays at full charge. Climbing is easy. Hills are no problem and I'm @150 lbs. Light enough to carry upstairs without having to fold down. Feels tall and solid with no speed wobbles at 20 mph. It switches gears so smooth and I've accelerated to 22-23 mph. I strongly suggest a helmet. Way fast!
