First, the packaging was very, very good with this scooter. It arrived safely with no damage. Unpacking and assembly was really very straightforward. In fact, I only looked at the instructions when I was done to get the link to the phone app. All of the tools that you need are provided and it only took a few minutes to get everything together and to get on the road. Overall, I am really impressed with this scooter. I got the 350W motor version with a top speed of 19 mph. I really wasn’t sure if that was going to be enough for me, and I wasn’t sure how well it would carry me around, as I am 220 lbs. Well, I should not have been concerned! The frame of the scooter is built really strong with very nice welding. It should be able to handle my weight with no issue! The motor is strong and has no problem zipping up to the top speed of 19 mph. It’s also very smooth, no jerkiness at all with the throttle response: just nice, even power coming from the motor. Frankly, I was pretty surprised what this feels like at 19 mph. The scooter is very stable at all speeds, but 19 mph feels very different when you are completely exposed on a scooter as opposed to driving in a car. To me, 19 mph feels really fast and is probably as fast as I would want to go on a scooter. I had also been looking at electric bikes that can go up to 40 mph, and now that just seems like it would be crazy scary to me. 19 mph is plenty fast if you are just zipping around city blocks, running errands, or to take a quick run to the store. This was the biggest surprise to me with this scooter. I thought I was going to feel like the top speed was lacking, but I am actually quite satisfied with the performance and glad that I bought this particular model. I would definitely recommend the Volpam 350W scooter to others. It’s a lot of fun, convenience, and value for such a low price. I am super happy with the quality and performance!

After using the VOLPAM electric scooter for a while, I think it’s a really solid option if you want an affordable commuter scooter. It’s easy to set up and the controls are simple to learn, even if you’ve never used an electric scooter before. What I liked: • Good speed: It reaches around 18–19 mph, which feels quick enough for commuting or getting around campus/short trips. • Smooth ride: The 8.5” tires handle sidewalks and pavement well and feel stable while riding. • Folding design: It folds in seconds, which makes it easy to store or put in a car trunk. • Battery life: I’m able to get several rides out of a charge depending on distance and speed. • Clear display: The screen shows speed and battery level clearly while riding. Things to know: Like most scooters in this price range, it rides best on smooth pavement and the suspension is fairly basic. But for commuting, running errands, or quick trips, it works really well. Overall, this is a great value scooter. If you want something reliable, fairly fast, and easy to carry/store without spending a lot, the VOLPAM is a great choice.

The Good: I bought the Volpam Q1 for my daughter, and she absolutely loves it! Right out of the box, the setup was incredibly easy and straightforward. When it comes to performance, this scooter rides beautifully. The different speed options are fantastic for safety and control, and I've been highly impressed by its power—it tackles hills with ease, which isn't always the case with scooters in this category. The Bad: My only real complaint is the durability of the tires. After just 6 months of normal use, we noticed the tread has already worn down completely to the wear indicator circles. They definitely need to be replaced much sooner than I anticipated. The Verdict: Overall, it’s a fantastic, fun, and reliable scooter that performs wonderfully. Just be prepared that you might need to budget for replacement tires sooner rather than later!

I’ve been waiting to leave a review to make sure this was still working well, and it is. I got this for my 15-year-old son six weeks ago and it has been one of the best purchases I’ve ever made for him. He rides the scooter almost every day, and we have not had a single problem with it. He loves how easy it is to ride, the app that comes with it, and the fact that he can lock it with the app to help prevent theft, The smoothness of the ride, the speed variations of the scooter, the links of the battery, and more. The brakes on the scooter work wonderfully, and I love that it has lights for when he rides it at night. He rides the scooter to and from school, to and from friends houses, to the grocery store, and even to take our energetic dogs on runs. I was at first nervous about taking the dogs on a run with it in case they went in front of him, but the brakes work so well that he has never had a problem, and the dogs learned really fast to run next to him. The battery life on the scooters is fantastic! He can go a couple of days without charging, although I try to have him charge it every day, sometimes he forgets and it’s not a problem. My teenager is 5’9” tall and wears men’s shoe size 11. He doesn’t have a problem fitting on the scooter. For me, I wish the scooter was a little bit longer for where to put your feet, but that’s because I don’t have as good of balance as he does. I wear size 10 women’s shoes and I cannot fit both of my feet facing forward on the scooter, they have to be a little diagonal to fit, which means you need to have balance if you have big feet. In my neighborhood at least 50% of people have electric scooters, and we paid way less for this one than they did for theirs, so with that in mind, the value of the scooter is excellent, even if the space to put your feet is a little smaller than I’d like. Overall, this is an excellent buy, and we will probably purchase at least one more for my 13-year-old son, and maybe another one for me, if I can get my balance good enough. I recommend this electric scooter to anyone looking for a good value for a durable electric scooter.

This is my second electric scooter. The first was also a 500 watt but had pneumatic tires. I bought this one because of the solid rubber tires after getting a flat in my first one from a flimsy staple and was an absolute pain to replace the inner tube. The biggest draw back for me is the tread isn't nearly as good so you will slide more around corners or gravel/dirt roads. Just need to take it slower around corners. It also vibrates more but you get used to it pretty quickly. However it has a much taller handle bar for better control, better brakes and a more solid overall frame work/construction. My last one creaked like crazy every time I accelerated or braked. It charges fast as well and has a good battery life. I recommend this scooter if you want one that can handle any roads without worry of a flat because it will happen eventually if you ride a lot, definitely worth its price.

After 2 year of use by my 12 year old i have to say im impressed with the quality of the scooter. The battery has held pretty well. My only complaint and the reason for only 4 stars is the breaks are wearing down and i dont see a way to replace them.

A pretty solid sturdy scooter, I've only ever had this one so Im not an expert. The battery life works well for me I ride around 5 miles a day and i'm able to comfortably do 3-4 days without recharging. Pretty light weight and compact; I am able to fold it up and sling it on my shoulder to get on the bus and have it only take up the seat beside me. The app is also useful, I like how you can manage the top speeds on each mode and have cruise control. I was worried about riding at night since the scooter is colored is all black/grey, but it does have a head light and reflective tires. The main issue I have with it is the suspension is non existent and the wheels are hard, which is great for not popping but you can fly off the scooter if you hit a crevice to deep (which I have and since then have been extremely careful) which is somewhat difficult in the city I live it. like even a uneven sidewalk makes you white knuckle the handle bars im hope you don't come crashing down. But still love this thang. update: After almost a year I had to drop a star because again not only the wheels very bad for bumpy roads. Somehow around the 4 month mark- while riding at full speed during a very well known, smooth path. All the sudden I completely fly off the scooter. About 10ft away from the scooter, I had no chance to prepare to fall like the other times since the path was completely clear. I had no idea why initially but when I came back to my scooter the wheel was completely sideways as the handle bars were straight. I tightened all the screws and knobs but the wheel spun bound to nothing. I had several people look at it and found the welding was not connected but rust trying to hold it together. I took good care of this scooter it was never outside unless for riding and stored indoors between rides. there was no way for rust to form that quickly, especially how was I supposed to know if I had no idea to look there. After a while of trying to fix it I called customer service (and telling me tighten all the screws and such which I already did) they told me to send in my scooter and replaced it with a new one. I think I got a faulty one honestly. the new one was basically the same except it rode a lot smoother and stayed a consistent speed. Plus I ride it the same as the last and theres no rust.
