This is a *very* inexpensive electric scooter that works. It's pretty good for the price. The battery life and suspension really stand out for a scooter this cheap. It's a nice ride and it goes a pretty long way. I'm using this scooter to replace my Hiboy S2 Pro, which was stolen. The Volpam beats the Hiboy in suspension and ride comfort, but not anything else. The Volpam feels less stable and powerful than the Hiboy. The Volpam has a slightly higher max speed, but I feel like I have to push harder to get there, and doing so eats up a whole lot of battery. The Hiboy has a higher range, and I feel like I have more access to that range at higher speeds. I got the Volpam for $300 in a pinch, and it's good in a pinch. As nice as the suspension is, I'd rather have gotten a new Hiboy S2 Pro if I could afford it.

I would not give one star if possible. Went through 4 of these in three months trying to get one to last. We had issues with the front wheel coming off, the wire harness getting twisted and ripping out of the electric motor, charger stop working. Absolute junk. Buyer beware.

This is my second electric scooter. The first was also a 500 watt but had pneumatic tires. I bought this one because of the solid rubber tires after getting a flat in my first one from a flimsy staple and was an absolute pain to replace the inner tube. The biggest draw back for me is the tread isn't nearly as good so you will slide more around corners or gravel/dirt roads. Just need to take it slower around corners. It also vibrates more but you get used to it pretty quickly. However it has a much taller handle bar for better control, better brakes and a more solid overall frame work/construction. My last one creaked like crazy every time I accelerated or braked. It charges fast as well and has a good battery life. I recommend this scooter if you want one that can handle any roads without worry of a flat because it will happen eventually if you ride a lot, definitely worth its price.

Upgraded this review as we had trouble getting service from Volpam. No response to multiple emails and no phone number published. The link to "needing service/support" on Amazon took us to a dead link. After a week, I changed the inquiry from "service" to "other" and the request went through to Volpam. They promptly sent us a new wheel. By the way...once the scooter arrives be sure to inspect and tighten the axle nuts as they were loose on our unit and eventually caused the problem here. The rest of the story follows: Purchased Feb18, 2026. My son took it to college. It worked for two weeks before it quit with error code 17 showing. He brought it home and a quick inspection showed the nut holding the wheel/motor on the front axle was loose( see video, pics). With the nut loose the axle could turn and twisted the wires in the motor wheel hub until it shorted out. I just need a wheel and we can replace it but no response from Volpam. Will update this review if we ever hear from them. At this point too late to return and $265. 00.

Can't get a hold of customer service. These Electric Scooters a junk. My son has been riding his for about 3 months now and the front wheel bolts fell off and now it is throwing a Code 17. i have looked online and did everything to get it to clear and nothing. i send a email to volpam customer service and it kicked back to my email. i tried through Amazon and didn't get a response.

My kids fell in love with the electric scooters and this was the first one we bought. The kid that drives it weighs 90 pounds. And she has put about 400 miles on it. We have bought two more scooters that are three times more expensive, But her weighing 90 pounds on the scooter, she can go faster and she can go uphill better than anybody else. It goes about 19 miles at 13mph. If you drive at top speed it goes 13 miles. I highly recommend this one with the bigger tires and suspension, the solid tires are a bit more bumpy than pneumatic. You should go around and check every bolt on it, sometimes they leave a few loose. Overall, I would highly recommend it, it is a great deal for the money, we have got many hours of enjoyment out of it. I would definitely buy it again.

My 13yr saved up his own $$ for this electric scooter, and let me tell you—it’s not just a scooter, it’s a freedom machine. One second they were complaining about walking 3 minutes to the mailbox, and now they’re zipping around the neighborhood like they’re training for the Electric Olympics. Goes fast enough to terrify parents but NO WORRIES ...parents you can download the app to set speed control....he can not go fast enough to outrun dad in Crocs. Apparently makes them 37% cooler among their peers (studies pending). Lightweight and easy to carry. The lock function on the APP is great for him to take it school for early football practice. (He also uses a bike lock) I have even taken this comfortable scooter for a joy ride while my son is away. It is super fun, great quality and power plus charging time is very fast! The reflectors and lights on the scooter are perfect for coming home when the street lights. While waiting outside for my son , he will ring the bell to make sure I know he is on his way. Warning: Once anyone rides this, they will immediately develop the confidence of a motorcycle stuntman and start requesting sunglasses, fingerless gloves, and a Spotify playlist titled “Epic Ride Vibes.”
