I've been using this VOLPAM scooter (8.5 ", 350W) for a couple of days, mostly riding around my neighborhood, and I'm really happy with it. It's lightweight, folds up easily, and is super convenient for short trips or quick errands. It feels sturdy and smooth on sidewalks and paved roads. The 350W motor has enough power for flat areas and handles small hills just fine. It picks up speed steadily and still feels safe, especially in a quiet community. The VOLPAM electric scooter is exactly what I needed for quick trips around town. It hits up to 19 mph, which is plenty fast, but I love that it also has a walking mode to cap the speed at 4 mph when I need to take it slow. The app is a great bonus — super easy to use. It connected with Smart Life app. I can lock the scooter remotely, check diagnostics, and feel confident it’s always in top shape. The folding design makes it easy to carry and store. Battery life lasts enough me for all my trips. It has a headlight in the front, and red light in the back that flashes when braking, so it’s also great for nighttime riding. Great value for a feature-packed ride!

Definitely an excellent scooter, super fast and well assembled, it has solid tires with excellent grip, high elasticity and good abrasion resistance, with a folding design for more portability. Compact when folded, more convenient to carry around on the go, easy to use, simple to operate, you can control everything from your phone, and it's keyless, value for money, I really like this scooter. It's the smoothest I've ever ridden, well made, no wires or too many gadgets, simple and sturdy, it's durable and powerful, for the price I'm 100% happy with it and highly recommend it to anyone looking to buy an electric scooter. It has plenty of power for a commuter scooter. The grip is wide and soft enough to help avoid fatigue.

The media could not be loaded. First, I just want to say this scooter is definitely worth your money!! The scooter was super easy to assemble and the scooter itself is sturdy. I’m not the type of person to go out a lot, so I decided to buy a scooter for fun encouraging me to go out more. Once the scooter was all assembled and ready I immediately took it out for a ride. The scooter is extremely smooth, it goes up to 19mph. The battery life also lasts a long time so I don’t have to worry about constantly charging or it running out. What’s great about this is it’s eco-friendly and gives you another refreshing experience; your ride will be effortless and the wind blowing against your face is super cooling! This is such an upgrade from a manual scooter and you won’t be feeling tired by the end of it. Overall, this product exceeded my expectations and is a great use for commuting or just taking it out for a stroll.

I’ve been holding out on purchasing e-scooters as I’m more of a bike person. I was pleasantly surprised how nice this scooter is. First, who is it for? It’s great for older kids and adults. This is no toy. Make sure kids have protection or are capable enough to balance and handle the power. This thing can accelerate quickly and can also go really fast! Again, understand the speed and always keep in mind safety first!!! There are 4 speed settings. Fastest “S” goes 19 mph. Normal “D” is around 12, Eco is around 8 and Walking is around 4. Acceleration is instant so hold on tight to prepare for the jerking when starting. Practice adjusting the power from the throttle on right handle to ensure smooth acceleration. I like that there are many other intuitive features. There is one hand brake on the left handle can lock up the rear wheel tightly. Just ease into the brakes to avoid wearing out the rear tire. Next to the brake handle is a nice bell. A standard latch above the front wheels lets you collapse the upper frame/handles. The controls are intuitive enough to figure out without having to RTFM. The power button does everything. A long hold powers on and off. Tap once to turn on the front and rear lights! Double tap changes the speed. Super tip: To get to walking speed, squeeze the brake and double tap. Triple tap changes from MPH to KPH. Finally, this looks amazing with the orange trim over gray body. It’s just the right size and can be tucked away easily or held upright with a kicks stand on the bottom on the same side as the charging port. I’m considering getting a second one. My bikes have competition and may get jealous!

This VOLPAM electric scooter is awesome and super easy to assemble—I was riding it right after putting it together. It came fully charged, which was a nice surprise, and after 40 minutes of use, it still had 3 out of 5 battery bars left. The max speed of 16 mph is perfect for getting around town or running quick errands. It’s smooth, convenient, and a fun alternative to walking. Just be careful with large potholes or sidewalk gaps—they can be a little tricky, so it’s best to go around or lift the scooter over them. The ride feels stable and the scooter folds easily for storage or transport. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase—it’s a great option for short commutes or casual rides.

My 14 year old son loves it. It’s came fully charged and no assembly required. it was ready to go. Very durable and easy to fold away. The speed was just right. Not too slow or fast. The Bluetooth will not connect. The app was not helpful. I could not find a customer service number. My brother had us download another app that his son had use for his scooter and it worked.

This scooter is really good. It was easy to install . I only had to put in two screws. It took me about 10 minutes. The scooter can fold, so it’s easy to carry or put in the car. The tires are strong and steady. Even when the road is not smooth, it doesn’t shake too much. I feel safe and fun.
