Please do not be an idiot like I was. This item comes and it appears to be wrong as it is folded on the roll. If you unroll it, it folds out to the full 31.5" as described. Thus cellophane is perfect for wrapping cookie trays. Just don’t forget each section you cut off to wrap with, needs to be opened completely. It’s doubled layered on the roll. I didn’t read that in description

This wrap is great quality, but I thought I was buying clear wrap for large gift baskets. This stuff is better suited for making party favor bags or wrapping small baskets and bouquets. It is doubled over and does not sit well if opened up to make a larger surface area for covering a larger basket
