I’ve been shopping for “fandiliers” for a while to replace our old school 90s ceiling fan in the office (~12x12 room). I came across this one and decided for the price and decent reviews I’d bite the bullet. Great decision for a more rarely used room and fantastic for looks. My Main complaint would be the air from the fan mainly points downward. It’s very one direction so IF you are using this fan for max air flow in a larger bedroom where someone is going to sleep just know unless the bed is located just below it you will not feel much. This is coming from a 67 degree sleeper with three additional fans going to maximize coldness. Other than that I absolutely love the features for the color changing (more white or yellow light) and the amount of light it puts off. The remote works well and is convenient for turning off and on or adjusting speeds. The fan itself has 1-6 speeds so it has plenty of options. I do love this fan and can see it working well in a smaller space like a kitchen or a secondary room used less often (non-sleeping room) IF you’re like me and require a good Iceland gusty wind atmosphere. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Update: PLEASE READ PARAGRAPH BELOW BEFORE READING THIS. I noticed when I turned my dimmer switch to about 50% the off/on issue resolved, so I replaced my dimmer switch to a regular 15amp switch. And the problem resolved. (They say it’s dimmable because you can dim the lights on the remote or on the app). Installation is the easiest fan I’ve ever installed! You can fasten the bracket to the drywall because the whole assembly is less than 10 pounds, and I have no worries about it coming down at all. Which also means no fan box is needed! The lights are bright I love that you can dim it down to almost nothing, and the fan is kinda of loud at 4-6 speed but the 1-3 okay. Louder than a regale fan because it’s plastic blades and smaller. The fan itself gives off a lot of air though which is nice. Honestly I’m probably going to install one of these in each room. I installed the fan and light combo, very easy by the way, but when I turned it on, the lights would turn on and turn off every 2 seconds it’s like the lights are resetting themselves all the time. I emailed customer service, haven’t heard back yet. I will update you guys when I get an update. ... show more

I really like the style and the size of the fan. I needed a fan that was less than 5 inches in height. Installation was relatively easy. One person can do it but I recommend two, makes it a bit easier. The only negatives was the screws that were included. They were too short. Luckily I had some longer ones laying around. Also, the instructions on how to sync the remote was a little confusing. To clarify, you turn off the fan and when you turn it back on using the light switch you hold the sync button on the remote. Other than that I can't complain. The airflow is good and it's quiet. I haven't installed the app so I don't have an opinion on it. One last observation, I have it on a dimmer switch, which I would NOT recommend. ... show more

Pros: Easy to install, lightweight, the "night light" button is nice, ability to control brightness, low profile Cons: * Max brightness could be a bit brighter, but is reasonable in my opinion. * App is garbage and requests lots of permissions that make no sense for the app (e.g. access to your phone's media). App is from China and not accessible through the Google play store so you have to "allow" your phone to install it. It was sus and didnt work well, so I uninstalled it. Not compatible with Google/Amazon smart products. * Fan blades seem like they could break easy if you managed to hit them with something (seems not highly likely, but yea...). Other: * Volume is fairly audible on lowest setting (dont expect silent, but it is reasonably quiet), pretty loud on highest for summer direction (winter direction is quieter). Overall: Would recommend as long as you dont care about using the remote instead of your phone, or need it super bright. ... show more

Very light, very bright, and keeps the air flowing. This is a perfect fan for a small bedroom, we have one in each of the kids bed rooms! Absolutely lobe these. Although we can not get the app on the phone to work. We are happy with the fans working without it.
