The media could not be loaded. I’ve tested quite a few e-scooters and VMAX is by far my favorite brand. They make some really high quality products. As for the VX5 Pro LT, it’s a light-weight and zippy scooter. I would recommend using it on a full charge so you get the best results. I’m 6’ 2” and 195 lbs so a lighter rider might enjoy it even more. It’s not the fastest scooter out there but for the price it’s well built, quick on flat surfaces, and lots of fun. This is a great scooter for beginners or smaller riders. It's great for small commutes or quick casual rides. The top speed is only about 16-17mph for me but is fast enough to get you wherever you need to go. It definitely lacks in range for longer drives so I wouldn't necessarily recommend this if you have to travel significant distances. I'm about 210lbs and the motor seems to have no trouble getting up to speed and chugging along but I'm getting about 30% less range than claimed (probably due to my weight). I watched reviews saying this scooter felt like a tank and they were right. You can feel the build quality riding it. Climbs the Grand Coulee Dam hill at 13 mph which is great. Would buy Vmax again!

Bought the GT version of vx5 pro at Amazon prime big deal day with $422, but delivery with ST version; unable to replace, only return and refund Still keep it as it’s less than ST’s normal price tag, and it sure is a really nice scooter; just beware that this kind of issue might happen

Bought the scooter for my son to ride to school less than a 2 mile ride and the back tire wore out within 60 days of purchase. Rides slow and battery did not hold a charge. Vmax refuse to fix the scooter under the 2year “warranty” that was promised with purchase. I was offered the option to pay $150 for a new back tire when I only paid $300 for the scooter to begin with. The faulty battery was never addressed or taken into accountability. Just a simple I’m sorry about your luck. I would definitely not recommend doing business with the company. Got this for my son for his first year of college. He is able to make it across campus quickly and safely. He even rides it to the grocery store, he folds it and puts it under his cart while he shops. I had a head light, brake lights and even blinkers.
