I’m extremely happy with these chairs! The olive green color is absolutely perfect and pairs beautifully with the walnut wood. It gives off the exact mid-century modern look I was going for. I was also pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the cushions are, especially for the price. The height is perfect for a kitchen island, and the stools feel very sturdy with no wobbling. If your floors aren’t perfectly level, the adjustable feet are a great feature and make it easy to keep everything stable. Assembly was straightforward and didn’t take too long. These chairs are perfect! I wanted a warm, cozy vibe for our living space, and our colors are blue and green. I spent weeks searching for the perfect barstools that had backs, were comfortable, durable, and still looked beautiful. These checked every box! When we first received the set of four, one of the stools had an issue where the pilot hole was too large for the screw to properly grip, so one of the crossbars couldn’t be attached. Because of that, the chair felt unstable. However, customer service was incredibly quick and helpful. They sent replacement parts right away, and now all four chairs are in perfect condition. I really appreciate responsive customer service, and the way this issue was handled made me appreciate the VKNOW brand even more. The stools are the perfect height for our island, and they’ve also been easy to clean when crumbs or messes happen. Comfortable. Lower backed if you want open sight lines. Solid enough to take kids beating them up. I wish the fabric was a little nicer. It’s a little more “ fuzzy” than I was anticipating. It’s more fluffy than a corduroy but not as much as a micro fleece. They clean up fairly well from food spills but it took a little work. Overall not bad. I’d buy them again. ... show more

These are BEAUTIFUL. I found them easy to assemble even though the other reviews did not say that. Take your time LOOK at the instruction photos. The color was exact the wood color is gorgeous. They are sturdy and well made. The height is PERFECT for the island height. You have actual leg room and can sit super comfy in these chairs right up to the counter. Love them. ... show more

UPDATE: After contacting the seller about the problems I had with the stools, they offered either to send me two completely new chairs or issue a full refund. I chose the refund because I had already had so much trouble with the original stools and did not want to risk having the same problem with another set. The seller processed a full refund immediately, and I was told I did not need to return the defective stools. I really appreciate how quickly and professionally they handled the situation. They also took my concerns about their quality control and employee training seriously and said they would address the issue with their production and QC departments. While my original experience with the product was very disappointing, I am very pleased with how the seller handled the problem and made things right. Excellent customer service. The bar stools are very nice once they are put together. Very plush......... You know, I really wanted to give this company the benefit of the doubt. The chairs came and I like the material and style, but when I started taking all of the pieces out of the box, to my dismay, one of the legs was broken in a place near the top. I did decide to glue it back together and just use it but I didn't think that was right, so reached out to the company to tell them what happened. They were very sorry and right away shipped me out via Fedex, a new leg to replace it. A week later I received actually two legs which was nice. A "G" and an "F". I just needed the "G". So, today, when I went to put the chair together, to my dismay AGAIN, the male part of the leg they sent, was WAY to large to fit into the hole of the other leg. And actually, the other leg they set me was also too large for it's hole. In fact, some of the other legs on the other chair, the male parts don't fit exactly all the way in. You can't really notice unless you look closely, so I don't necessarily care but I can't avoid this issue. Luckily, I didn't throw the original piece away and I'm just going to see if it works. I can't fix the one that is too large because I'm not a wood worker with a saw unfortunately. I would steer clear of this company and try a different company and bar stool.
