This product works great I have never had an espresso machine but have used one in the past at a friend's house and that's why I decided to get one myself this isn't the brand that I used but it is a very sleek and beautiful piece to have on your countertop and once I figured out how to steam the milk I was very pleased because the sound is so real I was like thinking I would never be able to do it but it was because I was putting the wand in the milk so if you don't know how to froth milk you might want to look up some YouTube videos prior haha! Just read the instructions Purge the water every single time the way that you're supposed to and Purge it after you're done and clean it up every single time this will keep the one clean and it will keep the machine looking great and working properly and don't let the water go below the line in the back ... show more

I was so skeptical at first because this is such an affordably priced espresso machine. Asking chat GPT questions also didnt help so buying this was at first an act of faith. I am absolutely in love. The directions are so easy, it’s so simple, and it does exactly what I need it to do without all the extra confusing buttons. Brew time is literally within seconds and I haven’t had any coffee grounds leak into my coffee. The coffee tastes great and it’s not watered down or too much at all. Amazing product. Just bought this little machine. It makes a great cup of coffee. After reading some of the reviews, I did get the 4 year extended warranty. Seems like the first thing to quit working is the milk steamer. I already had a milk frother since my old machine was a pod coffee maker. That being said, the first cup from this machine tasted like heaven, nothing beats this old school way to make coffee.. better for the environment too. ... show more

It’s alright. Doesn’t brew the right amount of espresso. Water stands by in the grounds part. I’m using espresso grounds. It not a terrible first espresso machine. Just not the best.

Best small espresso machine I've had. I have owned several, from bigger brands to unknown ones. This is by far the one that makes the best coffee, dense foam and is really cute too! The handle is ergonomic on the porta filter and the swivel on the steamer has a wide range of movement. The levers are really fun to click! Its very tactile and satisfying to use! Above them is the display, for showing if its heating up or at temperature. You can do 1 or 2 shots, by clicking once or twice on the dispense lever. It heats to a lower temperature for the shots and higher for steaming the milk. It displays above the levers clearly. It's easy to cleaning has a rack to hang a cloth, which is handy! The machine is pretty good, the color is not white it is a cream color. I returned it and was planning on getting a different color but I never received credit. Still trying to get my refund. Had the option of having Amazon pick up for free and in turn never received a refund. Very disappointed.
