Like new electronics would not do refund of $192.95. I returned tv with label supplied. Within 3 days of receiving tv. Claimed serial numbers did not match. How could I return same tv in 3 days. It came in plain box with no booklet. How was I suppose to Know I had to look for a serial number. I have talked to Amason twice each time someone was to get back with me. I spoke with someone last Tues 4/2/24. I am yet to hear from anyone. TV did not work. Picture kept going black every few minutes then would come back. Cycle would continue every couple of minutes. It is obvious this was a reason tv ended up at Like New Electronics. They never fixed it. I want someone from Amazon to get back with me quickly. I bought from this company operating on good faith with Amazon.. Very unhappy customer. ... show more

The TV works well and connects to Wi-Fi and the remote, however sometimes the directional buttons on the remote doesn't work. To fix this issue, I now use my other Vizio remote (that came with my 24in Vizio TV) with this TV and it works well.

Vizio always have good tv quality I’ll happily give them that only thing they lack is the darn sound quality it’s always TRASH. Other than that quality is chef kiss in my opinion. Sound always been butt.
