For the price, this thing is amazing. Quick and simple. I bought it to put name labels on my daughter's school stuff and now we all want to label everything because it's fun to use haha. Pros : SO MANY customization options, easy to use right out of the box, extremely fast printing - like literally a second or two after creating the label on your phone. Cons : pictures don't print correctly (not the little stickers and emojis, they're fine - like actual custom pictures) I even downloaded a simple black and white clip art picture with hardly any detail and you couldn't tell what it was on the label. It's also difficult to change certain customizations like text font and such without deleting the layer and starting over, the app isn't fantastic but it does what it needs to.

I purchased this label maker as I had an immediate need and it had a price reduction. So it came to the rescue. PROs: * Small and easy to use * Quick setup * Uses BT so turning on the printer before opening the necessary software makes it connect immediately * Large selection of icons/emojis/pictures available * Large selection of labels which are reasonably priced * Rechargeable printer- includes USB cable to charge * Compact size so easily transported CONs: * Print seems light to me - it works well but I got another printer for my sister and that print is darker * Tape cartridges are a little more expensive than other printers Overall, the printer is really good. I took a star off as this unit is larger then many other thermal label printers plus the print is not as dark as another label printer. The printer price, if still on sale, is cheaper than some of the other manufacturers. However, this printer, while it may be cheaper, you lose the money you saved when buying replacement label cartridges. This is a really great labeler for kids in school or even adults for their home. I hope future models print darker and they slim down the unit. I believe the size is due to the use of a label cartridge. If neither of the issues I mentioned are not a concern for you, then but this printer. It offers a lot of benefits.

This label maker just arrived. I'm currently using it to label charging devices, bricks and cords. It easily connected to my phone with the downloadable app (NOTE: on Android phones, your GPS must be enabled along with Bluetooth - also this is stated in the instructions). The printer worked quickly and efficiently, although the initial label had a lot of leading blank tape. The feed got better with the 2nd label and continued just fine. I liked that you can select the font size and style in the app, although the instructions did not indicate those options or how to initially access them (I discovered them after printing my first label - perhaps I missed the info during the set-up). I powered the device via the USB port on my laptop, since I don't trust batteries to last long. So far, this is a great little gadget. Will update this review if there are any changes to the label maker's behavior.

I downloaded the app right on my phone, connected to label maker using Bluetooth and began making labels in minutes! Small and light weight so easy to store or take anywhere. Charge or put in batteries. Cute little device that makes quality, cute labels. Haven't had any trouble so far and I've had it for about 2 months. Haven't had to replace cartridge yet, so not sure how long one will last but I've made quite a few labels and still going.
