Highly recommend, amazing for the price point. Battery powers through a full day no issue. I even crashed it once dodging a driver and the bike took no issue. High quality with a stable ride. Assembly took about 45 min, but was easy enough.

I wrote a 5 star review for this bike because it was very good quality. The first thing i liked about this bike is that it is very fast and can go on all terrains. I have a few trails by my house and it is very easy to ride on them because of the electric motor. I don't think i'm gonna use a manual bike agin because of how amazing this electric bike is. Besides on all the great functions the bike is not even that pricey. Most electric bikes with 350w motors cost up to 800 but this bike only costed me 700 with all the shipping and tax. But everything is not perfect, once the package was delivered you need to people to get it inside unless your the hulk. Also when you are assembling the bike, in the video that is given when buying on amazon on how to fix the bike, some of the parts or instructions are different because it looks like this bike is a new model or something like that, thats why some of the instructions do not match the bike. Also when you are riding the bike on manual mode be careful when you are turning because the bike is really heavy and it feels like i'm gonna fall of to the side. Other than that this company did a amazing job and i would buy this again for anyone of my friends or family.

Update. The bike is working very well. The service team has been great and very responsive and helpful. They reached out to me recently to advise that they are stocking parts in New Jersey now and will be able to ship repair and replacement parts in a 3-5 day time frame which would resolve any of the issues we have had. Again a high quality built bike and a few electric control issues that they have resolved. Just remember to go through Amazon messaging if you have any problems. Update the bike broke again after about 5 months in use. The motor stopped working again. This time they replaced the main computer which was a simple repair but the part took over a month to arrive. When it’s working it’s a good bike but getting repair parts in the US is slow. Service through the Amazon contact was fast and very helpful it’s just the shipping delays. Old They have offered a $30 refund for the delay in part ordering which is very nice. Current. The meter took a month to arrive but it did fix the problem. Simple to replace just one tightening screw to attach it to the handle bars and simple plug into the wire. Bike works very well and they gave us a $20 payback for the issue and we where not charged for any of the parts. Leaving the 3 stars as it took the parts warehouse 2+ weeks to get it out the door. First update.I am providing an update as Amazon and the seller stepped up and has taken steps to resolve the problem. They are replacing the “meter” which is the control panel. If you need help go through the Amazon messaging and not direct to Vivi the manufacturer. Seller is way more helpful. I will update again if the new part fixes it or something else is wrong. FYI the bike construction is sturdy and well built. “OLD :We used it for 2 weeks and the panel started to flash and the motor would not turn. Have spent 2 weeks with product support with no help. Amazon return is useless as shipping is over $700 more than the bike. Do not buy this.”

I've only had it a couple of days, but so far so good. Once assembled, I'm really happy with it. I SO WISH they would hire professional translators to write the manual. So many typo's and so many phrases that were obviously processed through a piece of software or they used a very cheap service. It really makes the assembly more challenging when you're trying to figure out what they are actually trying to say. Better yet, make a video! There's one "instructional" video on youtube but we would really benefit from a step by step video narrated by someone who is a native speaker. In the end, like others have said, it'll take 45-60 minutes from box to ride. Once you get it put together you'll have a great time with it. 2026 Update: I've had this same kind of bike for 4 years. I have not had ONE problem with it and I bike 70-80 miles a week. I did decide to buy an extra battery 2 years ago, just in case it got discontinued. It cost around $150. But the original battery is still going strong. I'm seriously considering buying this newer model so I can invite friends to join me. I've been VERY please with this product.

Update 7/13/26 10 days and 16 emails later I finally received warranty approval for the battery, seat and headlight that all broke in the first 2 weeks. Then I receive an email telling me it's going to take some time. I understand sometimes a product or part on a product will be defective. The fact that I know this further validates to manufacturer/seller should know too and make provisions to have parts readily available so customers don't receive emails like this: "Hello customer We are currently purchasing the accessory from the factory, the inventory is currently in transit and will probably take some time to arrive. Thanks for your understanding and patience. We will notify you as soon as we ship them out and we will send you the tracking ID, thanks for your understanding on this matter. Any problems, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we'd like to help. Have a nice day" Wish I would have spent $200 more for a reliable bike or company with a better customer support system. So far not great experience. The first 2 to 3 weeks the battery under optimal riding conditions and my weight well within specifications at 160 lbs: 1. Best battery performance around 14 miles in pedal assist and around 10 miles using mostly throttle. After 2 - 3 weeks and 200 miles same rider, roads and riding conditions a fully charged battery last 8 to 10 miles in pedal assist and 5 using mostly throttle. 2. After approximately 3 hrs of night riding the headlight has burned out. 3. Today the seat detached from the mounting hardware. Not a loose bolt situation but broken. I have a Gotrax seated scooter, after 2 years and 2000 miles I still get around 18 miles on a full charge (no pedals, throttle only) the only problems (not just general maintenance) is replacing the brake/tail light after 300 miles with the replacement light still working after 1700 miles. The motors are identical specs (watts, minutes and maximum) common sense would suggest a bike with pedal assist with a 48 volt battery and pedal assist bike should get more mileage out of a full charge than a seated scooter with 2000 miles, throttle only and same rider and roads conditions. 4. (non warranty issue) factory breakpads worn out after 175 miles, ordered a higher quality set of pads that are holding up very well. I have an email into customer service awaiting a response. I will update my rating accordingly.

I bought this since it had a weight rating above 300lbs. For the price I got scared after ordering and reading reviews. If you’re looking for an electric motorcycle, this isn’t it. You will have to pedal. I live in a very hilly town and live several miles away from my job. I’ve had the bike for about a week now and put on close to 100 miles. It is so convenient to ride. I get about 10-20 miles on the battery depending on my riding and the hills. It has power to get up and go. On a flat road, this bike can easily hit 20mph. The fastest I had this was coming downhill and I was at 38mph. It’s a very decent bike for the price and I’m happy with the purchase. I will say that purchasing mirrors and a rear light is helpful. Oh, as a big guy, the seat is not super comfortable, I would recommend getting a bigger seat, trust me, it’ll make riding much more enjoyable. It’s no bigger than my other bike I have. The tires do seem to be cheap but once they wear down I’m sure the local bike shop can change them to a much better tire for me. Overall, you won’t go wrong with this bike.

This is an excellent bike for me I use it to get to and from work round trip of about 7 miles. I've had this bike since June and the only negative is the battery is already going bad. I'm 6ft 4in 255lbs and I've almost git1,100 miles on the bike well worth the investment just wish a new battery wasn't so expensive.
