The good: When I finally got the bike it looks nice, very sturdy and 82 lbs according to the user manual. It does come with all the tools you need to put it together and only takes about 30 minutes if you’re handy. The battery is removable for easy charging. With no load at all pulling the throttle does get it to 36mph. Now for the bad: The motor is not 2500W as it shows in the product page it is 750W plainly on the motor. This is just flat out false advertising. The battery absolutely does not last 100 miles. I have tested the battery multiple times and you are lucky if it makes it 13 miles. The product page also says that you can use a password or NFC to start the bike. There is no mention of password anywhere on anything, to include the manual. I had to reach out to the seller and come to find out it is set to 6666 and cannot be changed. The NFC is a little card like key. It comes with a few of them but if you loose them you would be stuck with using the password because there is no way to clone the keys or set the bike to a new one. Riding it the first day I was able to hit 30mph for a short time, and I haven’t been able to get past 25 mph since. Seems the motor degrades quickly. It is also advertised with 20" x 4" inch tires. In the manual the are listed as 20" x 3". The tires on the actual bike are 20" x 4". The tires are trash though. I have put 70 miles according to the odometer on the bike and the back tire already needs to be replaced and is almost bald. There are multiple pics of it riding through dirt and other of road areas and that’s just not realistic. It’s not water proof at all and says you can’t get it wet ever. I’m not sure how you are supposed to ride it in any trail like that. All in all this bike was a HUGE disappointment. Nothing listed was even close to remotely true. ... show more

Overall really nice,quick, and advanced.I finally got my e-bike a couple days off late but it was well worth the wait. The put-together process was simple and straight forward. The only problem I had is when I removed contents from the box I noticed one strap on the phone bag was ripped. Not to big of a problem cause I know someone who sews. Great value ... show more

I have had very good and very bad experiences with this bike. On one hand it is fast at 36 mph, but it does not get to top speed very quickly. Also I like the good strong frame, but it is way too heavy and is hard to go up hills. Great tires for all terrain. On the other hand the battery life on the bike is terrible I hate it. I says it can go 100 miles on one full charge…….BUT IT DOES NOT. I could not go more than 10 miles on a single charge. I don’t know how many times have got stranded with no charge because the battery on this bike is trash. The heavy bike makes it very hard to pedal without the help of the motor. I crashed it once and the pedal got bent so now pedaling is even worse. So overall this bike is very cool, fast and well built but not for the person who wants to go on long rides. For the price is not worth it, you could buy a cheaper bike that is way better than this one. ... show more

The bike was amazing, good speed, fast assembly. The only issue I had was my left crank arm and my back brakes but besides that this bike was pretty much good.

    • Beware!!
Received the bike on June 3rd and it has been nothing but failure and repairs since then. Poor quality and the assembly done before arriving was sub-par. The brakes went out the first week along with issues with incorrect bolts and materials provided for pedals and remainder of assembly. The tire blew the third week due to a slit in the inner tube that was not caused by damage from riding along with wiring and other mechanical, electrical malfunctions this week. My husband works on bikes which has been extremely helpful in replacing the cheaply made parts with higher quality ones but it has been non stop issues. We have put in $175.00 worth of repairs thus far. I would recommend going with a higher quality bike if you want to avoid constant headaches and repair cost. ... show more

Not 2500W, it's 750w. Doesn't go 36mph, barely makes it to 30 in full power mode. You cannot get 100 miles on a charge; bike is averaging around 12 miles give or take 2 miles. Bike was easy to put together, and my son is enjoying it at least. I'm hoping that it's durable enough to last longer than a year. The last e-bike we bought didn't last 6 months, different brand. My son and his friends all have e-bikes, they are all different models and brands. I'm constantly repairing them all the time. E-bikes in my opinion are all junk even the top brands. I have friends that work at a bike shop, they only sell the top brands. They will not fix them or any other e-bike that enters their stores. So, all in all, I think e-bikes are fun to putt around on but don't get too reliant on them. Update: First month a lot of loose nuts and bolts, keep an eye on them before going out on a ride. Month and a half later need new fork. Too much play in the fork between the stanchions and lowers. Definitely going to brake soon. Also need a new front wheel, hub is loose and leaky. (New wheel is easier to replace than get a new hub, a lot less work.) The console is showing an error. I was able to fix the bike and get it going again but error still on. Not sure if the motor is going or the pedal assist needs to be replaced. The rest of the bike seems to be holding up for the moment. I knocked it down one star from the last review only because my son is still having fun on it. ... show more

Bike is very fun to ride. Ride it to and from work with no issues. Bike is pretty heavy and if you try to pedal without pedal assistance it does get tiring. NFC tag makes it feel a bit more secure. I got about 20 miles on highest speed pure battery power, I weigh 190 lbs. Looks great, excellent value for what you pay. ... show more
