Some assembly required as most ebikes need. Tools included. This bike will do everything an expsenive bike does. Perfect starter/beginner bike. Honestly if this bike had few extras it would be a 10/10 perfect bike. Meaning turn signals and hydraulic brakes however those are can be easily added later. Would purchase again for certain. Highly recommend.

I’m mainly using this for a daily short commute to work. So it’s on paved roads, and mostly flat terrain. So far the battery life has been outstanding. I’ve had the bike 2 weeks now and haven’t needed to charge it, even though it’s been used daily, either to and from work or pleasure riding. So far it hasn’t indicated anything but full charge. Using the throttle only the bike will do average about 20 mph. The pedal assist mode is adjustable so the bike does a little or a lot, depending on where it’s set. The digital display is easy to see, even in daylight, and shows charge status, pedal assist setting, current speed (in either mph or kmh) total miles ridden, and how much power is currently being utilized. It comes with a rear cargo rack and front light, and the display has an integrated horn which is surprisingly loud. Mine came with a broken spoke in the front wheel. The seller was quick to respond, but since they are located in China, sending things back for repair is problematic. They suggested getting it repaired locally and the. They credit the repair amount to your Amazon account. They also credited an additional amount for the inconvenience. If this had been a more serious issue, this could be a problem. I would suggest purchasing the additional warranty which would cover any costs to repair a more complicated issue locally. Returning the whole bike is obviously an option, but difficult to do once it’s assembled and, other than a minor issue, your enjoying it. All in all the bike is an affordable good quality bike with decent power and good out of the box equipment. For Joe Average bike user it will probably be the last bike you’ll ever need. With enough size and juice to go off-road, enough comfort and durability for frequent use, and enough quality to last a while.

At this price, and because it has a name you simply can’t pronounce, I didn’t expect very much from this bike, but what I got was more than a surprise. This thing is packed unbelievably well. The welds are super high-quality. The tools they give you are also super high-quality. There is absolutely nothing about this bike that isn’t very high-quality. They say that it goes 25 miles an hour, but it easily goes 30. As soon as you start peddling, depending on the setting, it will assist and you can actually save the battery life a great deal simply by doing a little bit of the peddling. My first full battery got me about 44 km and that was with very little assistance on my end. The two other things that stood out the most to me is how good the bike looks, and the color combinations you can get are spectacular. The other thing is the communication with the seller. FedEX took a long time to get it from California to Florida, seven days, but it shipped the same day that I ordered it, and the seller stayed in constant communication with me. I could not be more impressed with this purchase and everything that went with it. Please buy from this seller

I was looking for a powerful 20 inch fat tire ebike. I was looking at a few models on Amazon, but decided to pull the plug on this one due to its price and features. This bike has a powerful 750 watts motor and 15 AH battery. The frame is built like a tank and heavy. However you can see visible welding seams at the joints. It is not meant for one person to pick it up by him/herself to put on the bike rack. The bike also features hydraulic disc brakes and welded on rear rack, which is important for me. With all of these features, it only cost me $1099. It arrived quickly. It was shipped from a warehouse in the US. The packaging was solid, the box was not damaged. It was easy to assemble. All I had to do was just to put on the front tire, handle bar and pedals. The bike looked beautiful. I like the three color choices they offered. They all look beautiful. I took it out for a test drive. The ride was smooth on pavement, no rattlings anywhere. The motor was powerful and fast. It can go as fast as 32 mph using throttle mode only at pedal assist 5. You can hear the loud noise at higher speeds due to the fat tire. The hydraulic disc brakes work very well, allowed the bike to stop quickly and safely.

Update: I've had the bike for 6 months The bike arrived in good condition and was well packed. It actually arrived quicker than promised. Assembly took about 45 minutes, and I had no prob-lems with any part of putting it together. The assembly instructions were fairly easy to follow. The bike is much beefier than I realized. The 4" tires are 30" in diameter. It is a big bicycle! I've only put 25 miles on it so far, but I like what I've seen so far. My only complaints so far are the total lack of instructions for the display and how to change certain parameters of operation. For example, how to change from kilometers per hour to miles per hour. I was able to find help on YouTube and Google, but it should be included with the bike. The bike comes programmed with a high speed limit set at 25 mph, and I definitely needed to raise that. The other complaint is the tires. They are noisy at speed on pavement. But that's a reasonable trade off for tread that works well off road and on trails. On steep hills the bike isn't fast, but it is powerful! I weigh 260 pounds and the bike handles it well, and is comfortable to ride. It's too early to say for sure anything about battery life, except that I rode 15 miles and display still showed full charge. I'll update more later. Overall the bike has proven to be much more than I expected. So far, I'm very pleased with my purchase. Update:. After having the bike for over 6 months and putting many miles on it, I must say I am still pleased withy purchase. The bike is very robust, and has performed flawlessly.
