This e-bike is really great. It is FAST, like really fast. It gets you going enough that I am buying a motorcycle helmet for riding it. A bike helmet just doesn’t seem like enough protection - yes, it’s really that fast. Although, there is a speed range selection button that you can use, if you want to tone it down some, like for kids. It’s a lot of fun, though, with the speed that it has! There have been some changes to the design that are not covered in the instructions. The front headlight mounts differently. See my pictures to show how it mounts up. Also, the photos and instructions don’t say anything about the rear, folding foot pegs for your passenger, but some were included, which is really great. With no passenger, adults can easily slip back in the seat to give them more room to pedal the bike comfortably. It is easy to pedal in this position. So if you ever find yourself running out of battery, you can still ride it home with some good gearing options too. The headlight is pretty bright and usable at night. The headlight is also adjustable up and down, so you can aim it exactly where you need it. I am an engineer and always look at designs like this carefully. I really like what the manufacturer has done here. The frame is very robust and strong. It would take a LOT to damage this bike. The pedal assist is very strong and instant to respond as soon as you start pedaling. Assembly was not a problem, relatively quick and simple. Do pay attention to make sure the tires are centered on the wheel and the bead of the tire is inside of the rim when you first inflate the tubes. It’s easy to miss this. Overall, I am really impressed with this e-bike. The performance really pushes it up to being an e-motorcycle, except the pedals and pedal assist categorize it more as a bike. I would definitely recommend this e-bike to others.

Bottom line: it's a nice budget ebike with pretty impressive specs for its price, but be prepared to peform repairs too soon for comfort. I hope to add a second battery to reduce voltage sag and improve riding distance. Also looking into 5v chargers to charge the batteries in 3ish hours instead of 8ish. And a solar battery so I don't have to charge on the grid at all. But as for reliability, it is indeed a 4 star bike, as per reviewer consensus. I say this because the controller fried after 1 week and 80 miles of ownership, causing the throttle to stop working, which was a huge bummer after dropping 650 on my new main mode of transportation. I was on my way to work and I couldn't pedal all the way there so I had to abandon it and get a ride. Also, I had to put blue loctite on the left pedal to keep it from getting loose within minutes of riding. Other than that and some squeals and squeaks I find annoying, it's a nice little bike and I'm enjoying having it as my first one. Happyrun sent me a new throttle and controller right away. Oh, and random people have called it "sick" and "baller" on sight, so it wins in looks for sure. I mean, look at that paint job.

Ive owned mine for about 9 months and its been pretty good, its definitely a sturdy frame for 1, fast for the price, decent range, ive found that it’ll get about 20 miles if you go fast and normal street riding, my way of calculating how many miles i have is by taking the range which ive fiund the usable range to be 54.5(full) down to around 41 at rest, then you take the volts til 41 at rest and multiply it by 1.5 to get how many miles are left. But the only issues ive had with my bike is the brakes are decent, they squeak easily after cleaning and not bad braking power. Then also the shock broke on me which it did still work but it only lasted about 2 months. But they sent replacments for it pretty quickly. In conclusion, -fast -decent range -bad brakes -suspension is meh -looks good if you paint it a different color - seems pretty durable -not portable, fits in most cars but barely -very comfortable seat -overall very good for the price Edit-ive owned it for about a year now and its a really good platform for upgrades, ive turned mine into a more dirtbike style maybe downhill bike style bike. But its a great bike to upgrade, especially considereing the stock controller is a little weak for the battery and motor, so it leave much potential for much stronger controller and much more torque if you want to upgrade it. Also their customer supposrt has been fantastic, ive had multiple broken parts and it only took a couple days to get a new part, highly recommend in those regards

It was well worth the money. It runs great. I ride it 20 miles a day to and from work. My grandkids like riding on the back with foot pegs and back rest. Love it!

Left pedal fell off after 1 week the bolt was bent and I had to replace it.Speed is good and quality is pretty good. Battery life sucks but it\n Really depends on how you ride the turn signals that came with the bike are not noticeable during the day and the brake light is not noticeable during the day i had to put on some turn signals of my own that are brighter and The tires are not good if you are going to be using these tires for a long time.I highly recommend getting some new ones Or some tire slime the fenders are generic the motor is good for going up slight hills going up real steep hills.You have to push the bike up the hills. Now\nEverything good about the bike the frame and suspension are good very well made very good headlight very bright at night it has a volt reader on the bike , so you know what voltage you have a pretty good loud horn the speed meter on the bike is off by two miles per hour the half twist throttle is very good and responsive but it is pretty slow at picking up speed , but once it does , it's pretty good it is not.\nA torque bike the brakes that come with the bike are pretty good but they could have been better the seat is very wide and soft.Really?Good for long-range.\nAnd the suspension helps with all bumps. But it is going to be up to you if you think that this bike is going to be a good bike or not.It has a lot of benefits and a lot of problems that could have been fixed but very good for the amount of money that you pay for it
