This e-bike is really great. It is FAST, like really fast. It gets you going enough that I am buying a motorcycle helmet for riding it. A bike helmet just doesn’t seem like enough protection - yes, it’s really that fast. Although, there is a speed range selection button that you can use, if you want to tone it down some, like for kids. It’s a lot of fun, though, with the speed that it has! There have been some changes to the design that are not covered in the instructions. The front headlight mounts differently. See my pictures to show how it mounts up. Also, the photos and instructions don’t say anything about the rear, folding foot pegs for your passenger, but some were included, which is really great. With no passenger, adults can easily slip back in the seat to give them more room to pedal the bike comfortably. It is easy to pedal in this position. So if you ever find yourself running out of battery, you can still ride it home with some good gearing options too. The headlight is pretty bright and usable at night. The headlight is also adjustable up and down, so you can aim it exactly where you need it. I am an engineer and always look at designs like this carefully. I really like what the manufacturer has done here. The frame is very robust and strong. It would take a LOT to damage this bike. The pedal assist is very strong and instant to respond as soon as you start pedaling. Assembly was not a problem, relatively quick and simple. Do pay attention to make sure the tires are centered on the wheel and the bead of the tire is inside of the rim when you first inflate the tubes. It’s easy to miss this. Overall, I am really impressed with this e-bike. The performance really pushes it up to being an e-motorcycle, except the pedals and pedal assist categorize it more as a bike. I would definitely recommend this e-bike to others.

The media could not be loaded. The packaging is very protective with all parts covered with solid foams. The assemble takes some time though only few parts to put together, especially take care of the front wheel to make sure the brake is on the left side. When pump air in the tire, making the tires are in air and evenly distribute otherwise, they are easily fall of the wheel. The overall bike is pretty heavy, all the beams, crossovers, frames are super solid with premium materials, plus, I love the design a lot, it's very powerful with highest speed 32 mph in my test, runs 23 miles distance for a full charge with pure electric mode. The big wide tires make the ride smooth in road and handle rough off-roads conditions well. Super satisfied with this e-bike, fits my need for daily commute and off-road fun, very happy with it. A good bike to recommend for me.

The electric bicycle front wheel fork was damaged upon shipment. The manufactur mailed the new parts and issued a full refund for the inconvenience. I was happy putting the bicycle together and how the issues were resolved. The bicycle now runs great on and off road with solid suspension. I recommend buying a second battery for long trips.

This bike was purchased for my 23 year old grandson. After a few uses the battery stopped charging. I contacted the seller. The response was very quick. They sent a new charger with instructions to follow. Once I did that and it didn’t charge I contacted the company with results. They immediately sent out a new battery. My grandson is up and roding ahain!!!!

Left pedal fell off after 1 week the bolt was bent and I had to replace it.Speed is good and quality is pretty good. Battery life sucks but it\n Really depends on how you ride the turn signals that came with the bike are not noticeable during the day and the brake light is not noticeable during the day i had to put on some turn signals of my own that are brighter and The tires are not good if you are going to be using these tires for a long time.I highly recommend getting some new ones Or some tire slime the fenders are generic the motor is good for going up slight hills going up real steep hills.You have to push the bike up the hills. Now\nEverything good about the bike the frame and suspension are good very well made very good headlight very bright at night it has a volt reader on the bike , so you know what voltage you have a pretty good loud horn the speed meter on the bike is off by two miles per hour the half twist throttle is very good and responsive but it is pretty slow at picking up speed , but once it does , it's pretty good it is not.\nA torque bike the brakes that come with the bike are pretty good but they could have been better the seat is very wide and soft.Really?Good for long-range.\nAnd the suspension helps with all bumps. But it is going to be up to you if you think that this bike is going to be a good bike or not.It has a lot of benefits and a lot of problems that could have been fixed but very good for the amount of money that you pay for it
