Well built, sturdy with thick strong tires/rims and solid tight disk brakes fittings with tools and written directions plus a YouTube assemble video. Both a taillight and headlight. Only problem was a pair of screws to attach taillight plastic encasement to rear carrier seemed to be missing or I lost during assembly, but screws can be picked up at hardware store for small change. Visual assembly at YouTube search for: "VIVI C26 26 Inch Electric Cruiser Bike City Bicycle Assembly Guide". Only desire would be to show closeup during assembly video of rear carrier w/taillight attachment. Other than that, goes together easy and quick, even for an elder gentleman. Front disk for brake was not close to straight at all and no instructions for assembly or for knowing how to use bikes features. The seller is very slow taking care of. Issues and still hasn’t fixed mine, so if not taken care of soon I will ask for refund tired of waiting

This bike is really fun to ride! Easy to assemble and great value for the money. My only complaints are that the battery life really only lasts for like 10 miles when using the highest assistance setting. Also the throttle has to be pulled back and after awhile your hand will cramp up. But really this bike is great and I love going out with it! ... show more

Bought 2 of these bikes one for my wife and one for me. We took them to a state park and had a blast riding these bikes! We love the pedal assist and I really like the throttle to ride on battery! We both started off in LO and gradually increased to MID and I tried HI. Low and MID is fast enough for both of us and keep it in these settings. We rode all over the park and still had battery power to spare! I've ordered a larger seat for both of use because the seats are not comfortable for either of us. If any senior citizens want to know about riding the bikes, give it a try, it's a blast and will give you plenty of exercise. We're both over 60 and enjoy them. ... show more

This is a decent electric bike given the specs and the price. However, the overall rating is 3 stars due to the following: 1) Horrible instructions. The booklet and official assembly videos are extremely vague and do not provide detailed assembly information. There is much guessing to be performed. 2) The seller does not provide any contact information pertaining bike registration (i.e. website) and warranty claim procedures 3) My bicycle came with a broken headlight, I posted a question about warranty claim, and it has been left unanswered for a while 4) The technical specifications pertaining top speed are incorrect. The maximum assisted/throttled speed is 15 mph (NOT 20 mph as claimed) ... show more

This thing is honestly the biggest piece of crap ever, it was just falling apart day after day... back tire flat on arrival, fix. then it blew up one day later, fix. handlebars come loose after two or three days... battery life sucks.. set comes loose and is falling apart after 5 days of riding... and the speed is dropping constantly. DO NOT BUY! ... show more
