I wasn't expecting much, considering the cost was cheap enough.. expectations exceeded! The back side is like a bathroom mat, the fur side is more silky and soft than what it appears.. I have 4 dogs ( chihuahua's & chiweenies) and they're all over it.. rolling and laying on it..
