Did my research & tried out many brands at nine shops. Love this bike. Pros: fully loaded with battery level display, front & back lights, braking lights is added to the back light, fenders, lightweight, easily folds to store in small closet, I’m 68 yrs and can lift it into the trunk of my car, level assist is graduated power (unlike some ebikes where all three power levels get the same amount of power) easy to take battery out, can charge without taking the battery out, love the adjustable handle bar stem up and down for varied rider heights, also the handle bars also twist to adjust the angle the hand holds on to the brake (which I need as my fingers fall asleep on other bikes when my wrist has to bend to grab the brake, on this bike I can adjust so my wrist & fingers are in a straight line when grabbing the brake), smaller tires provide lighter overall weight of the bike, seat easily adjusts, the full suspension works great & far more comfortable than other bikes without it, seat is ok, might replace with more comfortable, throttle works great, that’s all my teen grandson uses and he loves this ebike, zips up and down hills easily. I like how you can use the throttle to walk alongside the. bike & make the bike move with power assist. Helped when walking the bike through sand or walking a sandy hill. It really is a quality bike, especially for the price. Very sturdy & well made. Folds easily with a little stand when folded. Cons: It’s a fine bike in every aspect, nothing wrong with it except the brakes squeal intermittently. The key is underneath the bar of the battery and must be twisted to provide power for when you turn it on by pushing the middle button on the peer display on the handlebars. Switching between the 3 power levels is simple. Hard to find where the key goes but once you know it’s not a problem, and the key doesn’t fall out when inserted. Preference issue: I’d like more gears to be able to peddle harder as the highest gear with peddling without power assist doesn’t allow you to go as fast as I’d like to peddle, I have to use the peddle assist & sometimes I just want the exercise of peddling instead of using the pier assist. The gears are smaller compared to the Rad mini my friend has. Also, I’d rather have the 26” wheels to be able to go further faster peddling while peddling without the power assist (but then the bike will be heavier than the 20”so it’s a trade off & I’d have trouble lifting it so I’d choose the smaller wheels since you can still get up to a good speed with the power assist with the 20” w I like how you can use the throttle to walk alongside the. bike & make the bike move with power assist. Helped when walking the bike through sand or walking a sandy hill. heels) Also, I’d prefer the 450 power battery instead instead of the 350. Ride with a friend wh has The rad mini and when the rad mini is on power assist of level 1, it’s the same speed as my Vivi on power assist level 3 since her Rad Mini has the larger 36” wheels and 450 W battery or it might be the size of the motor in the wheel hub, but the rad Mini has a lot more power to go further faster but then the Rad Mini is too heavy for me to lift, & my Vivi gets up to a fast enough speed that I would need or want.

Very good bike. Rides good and fast. Battery last for a very long time. It also folds easy. Can be stored in small closet. The only problem was assembly. Even though, I have over 30 years of experience of bikes owing and repairing, it was a real challenge to assemble the bike especially if using confusing manual which was printed at home on black and white printer. The box arrived without any damages and factory packing seemed to be good. It came with set of tools to assemble the bike. Just like others said, manual is horrible. The manual doesn’t even tell you how to turn on the front light. Either way, during the assembly, I found “limit locking screw of the standpipe” was missing. This part it the one that holds stirring in place. Later, I found this tiny screw laying on the bottom of the box. Also, the rear mudguard with luggage rack has about 4 screws that hold it in place. One screw hole was stripped. I had to modify the hole for new bolt. Finally, the mudguard front and rear are hard to adjust. They made of plastic and not easy to adjust to be perfectly to the middle of the frame. They also may touch wheels if adjust straight. So, it wasn’t easy task. The battery bay aria screws came overtighten and rusty. Not sure why there is no quality control at the factory. Overall, I love the bike even though I had to go through multiple assembly issues.

Assembly was fairly easy. Fold feature is easy to use however the bike is pretty heavy. Great to ride. Shifts pretty good but couldn’t get it in gears 5,6 and 7. Mostly use the battery power anyway. Battery lasts quite awhile. Bike is very comfortable to ride. My wife is 5’ and still has a little trouble stepping over the middle bar. Maybe shoulda bought the lower step thru but liked the internal battery better. Seller communication was absolutely exceptional.

I deducted one star for quality of product. The kickstand was effectively just glued on. The weld didn’t penetrate the metal (as can be seen in the photos) and the kickstand broke off in my hand. Customer support is sincere in follow-up. I had an issue with the initial response to my broken kickstand mount but with excellent follow-up messaging I was satisficed. In conclusion I am riding daily (without a kickstand) and the bike is performing well. It seems to have a maximum powered speed of 15mph but goes a little faster with peddling. It can get me across town to my son's house, ride around with him and my granddaughter, and still get me home with power to spare. Nothing else has broken or fallen off so that weld was probably just one of those things.

I like many aspects. I’m impressed how strait forward the steps to put some parts together upon delivery. I am also impressed how nicely it functions as a regular bicycle without the electric support. The bike is solid and stable. The electric power is just what I was looking for. I live near a tough hill. The support can bring me to the top with ease, even without pedal support. The plastic end of the battery can chipped. Staff were responsive and say the shipped a new cover. That should arrive any day now. Hopefully it comes without issue, but it is a minor issue and is fully functional already.
