The cord is very short and comes out of the wall while I’m using it. Also, the buttons are on the handle and I keep accidentally turning it off every time I pick it up. I’m going to try it w an extension cord because I really want this to work. Maybe w more practice I can avoid touching the power button.

I was buying to replace a similar one I purchased a few years ago. I did not even try this product because the cord was too short. It's a little less than 3 ft only. The cord on my old one is 3x longer. Returning it.

It's doing a nice job with what I want to do with my hair but I had to get an extension cord because who can get their hair done with a 2 foot cord???? I've pulled it out of the wall multiple times.

This doesn't work at all for short hair. I says it is a comb but not like any comb that you pull thru hair. You have to hold the hair so there's no way it would work for short hair. Plus the cord is so short, you have to bend over to Get close to the receptacle to use it. Very poor design.
