My osteoarthritis is getting worse in my hands, and the doctor suggested therapy putty. The x-Soft is still a little stiff for the current conditions of my hands, so I think I will order the xx-Soft to build up my hand strength.

I like the fact that it is not too hard or too soft. I use it for therapy. I was in a car accident in March and had surgery on my right wrist (titanium plate was put in). The putty helps with my strengthening.

We wanted to have more putty than was provided by the occupational therapist so we tried this. The x-soft was firmer even than the soft we already had, and the texture wasn't so much like putty as like moldable plastic.

Not only do I use this for wrist and hand strengthening. My granddaughter plays with it for hours. Last time I bought the blue medium, which was a little stiffer, but this extra soft is perfect for us … I would highly suggest you buy this, I am thinking about buying the regular soft so I will have three different ones. Only one of the two containers is in my hand in picture, you get plenty for both hands
