The media could not be loaded. I love this scooter. Several people in my household have bad backs, joints or are elderly. Having a scooter can make life easier and it's also fun to drive. The scooter is solid made. The handle bars are comfortable. Seat had just enough cushion to enjoy the ride. There are led bar lights on the sides as well as a front headlight. The horn is an electronic beep and it isn't loud enough to be called a horn. Scooter goes forward and reverse. The handles bars are extremely sensitive so drive with caution. Over correction could lead to flip over. My husband tested it as well and when he ran over our unlevel drive the scooter shut down for a few seconds. It also shut down when he ran over an air hose line. I drove it on our road, gravel drive and our field with tall grass with zero issues. On grass it loses speed but still goes. I wouldn't recommend off road but it will go in a pinch. I'm 5'5, 189 pounds and it pulled me going up a steep incline with no issue. There are no brakes but it does try to compensate and slow you when going down a hill. I'm tickled I got this for review. I wish it had a better horn and side mirrors. I love the little basket on front. It's detachable so you can carry it inside a store or home. The unit is heavy and can't be lifted with one person so you'll need a lift if transporting in a vehicle. Does not fold down for travel or storage. Assembly wasn't difficult. So far battery life is good. Plugs in to charge. If I find issues I'll update my review.

Wonderful scooter! Great price and does all I need and then some. One star off for a busted up front basket upon arrival and so far no response from an email to the company. They do have a nice manual and their phone number is on it so unless I get a response soon I will be calling.

This Vive Mobility Scooter has truly been a blessing for a family member of mine. Over the past year, he went from using a cane to a walker and eventually needing a wheelchair, which made longer outings very difficult. He thought he would no longer be able to enjoy visits to his favorite park, but this scooter gave him back a sense of freedom and independence. The scooter performs especially well outdoors and handles sidewalks, park paths, and uneven surfaces much better than expected. The flat-free tires and stable design make rides feel safe and smooth. It has been incredibly helpful for shopping trips and outdoor activities where walking or using a manual wheelchair for extended periods would be exhausting. The seat is comfortable and supportive, and the adjustable armrests and controls make it easy to customize for a better fit. The controls are simple to learn and operate, even for someone with limited strength. The battery life has also been great. While he still relies on his wheelchair indoors and for shorter use, this mobility scooter has opened up opportunities for longer outdoor travel and helped him restore confidence and independence.

This scooter is very middle of the road when it comes to quality. The scooter box is very heavy, 129 lb I believe. I cut the sides off of it and rolled the scooter out of the box. You have to assemble a few things on it but it isn’t too bad. The reason I say this is the middle of the road is it has all the features of a higher end model, but it feels lower quality. For example the armrests are a hard plastic with square edges on the back. The horn is more of a buzzer and isn’t very loud. The headlight is mounted low and isn’t very bright. The battery came fully charged and seems to last a long time. One nice feature is the instructions show you how to break the scooter down into 5 smaller parts so it is easier to transport. For what it costs, I think it is a good value for your money. It allows people to get a scooter without breaking the bank.

I was so excited to order this scooter. I have worked myself from wheelchair to a cane. I still needed help for long walks and uneven ground. This gives some of my independence back. I can shop with friends, and no longer feel like I am holding them up. When it arrived, the delivery driver struggled to get the box off the dolly. It weighs 120+ pounds. The box is a large rectangle, so it is hard for one person to move it. Scooter comes in pieces, so assembly is needed. Nothing too hard. You can break the scooter down into 5 parts (no heavy pieces) and it fits in the trunk. The wheels on the scooter are flat free with anti tip. You can safely ride your scooter, with no worries of flat tires. The tires have some shocks, but you are going to fell the bumps. The battery is a long life battery. When full charged, you can go up to 15 miles a day. Stands up to stop and go shopping, or long drives. It is very easy to drive, very little learning curve. The seat is very comfortable, the arms I could do without, and there is plenty of leg room. The basket in the front allows you to have your belongings with you. You get a quality scooter at a fair price.
