This bed is nice and comfy, the head lift and foot lift works well. My only complaint is that I had to buy extra bedrails for it. The ones attached are too small and basically keep the mattress in place. Other than that, the bed works perfectly for my father.

It works well and is the most affordable option for a hospital style bed. I read the reviews before hand saying that if you have a 10in or thinker mattress then it makes the side rails useless, so I ordered an 8in mattress and I’m glad I did because those reviews are correct.     • Could have started my house on fire! Terrible customer service.

We purchased this bed for my FIL. After a week we noticed the bed would pause when we moved it up and down and started to smell like fire. Once we looked we noticed the bed was sparking and shorting out. I requested a refund and they accepted. They wanted me to pay for shipping. So at that point I decided to purchase from a different company, but I had to get this bed refunded. Getting in touch with their customer service was a long process and then once there and speaking with someone there was a huge language barrier. He kept repeating odd lines and putting me on lengthy holds. About 2 hours later he said he would submit my request for a review. The fact that it wasn’t a “oh ok so glad your FIL is ok and we didn’t have to pay for you a new house! Here is your return label and refund”, was frustrating enough, but then we had to wait a week for the return label lug the heavy bed to fed ex with a return label I had to fight for and then wait a week again only to find out they are charging a restocking fee! Restocking to where?! The dump? This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced with Amazon and one of its 3rd party companies. I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere. ... show more
