  • Great Scooter For The Price!
Color: Silver Platinum
Bought this scooter for my 81 year old mom. She weighs 160lbs and has mobility challenges due to a bad knee. It runs great and she loves the adjustable speeds. Its heavy though and we had to buy a ramp to load and unload it into my Toyota RAV4 because only my husband can lift it in and out. Mom loves the headlamp on the front and the basket she uses for her purse and drink. The battery is easy to charge just keep in mind the battery needs to be fully charged to tackle steep hills. I made the mistake of taking it to a park with a steep incline whe it was about half charged and it died halfway up. That sucked. Since we have been charging it up the night before we go on long outings there has been no further incidents like that and she has driven up all manner of hills since. It has good traction and she takes it on pavement, dirt, grass and even over shallow pothole and it has no problems. Mom doesn't like the potholes though. The scooter doesn't exactly have shock absorption. Overall we love it and recommend it! ... show more

  • Excellent Mobility Scooter — Comfortable, Reliable, and Great Battery Life Excellent Mobility Scooter — Comfortable, Reliable, and Great Battery Life
Color: Blue Sapphire
I purchased the Vive 4 Wheel Mobility Scooter for a family member, and it has exceeded every expectation. From the moment we assembled it—which was surprisingly quick and straightforward—it felt solid, well-built, and designed with real-world use in mind. Stability & Comfort: The four-wheel design provides excellent stability, even on uneven sidewalks and parking lots. The seat is comfortable for longer outings, and the adjustable armrests make it easy to get on and off. Performance: The scooter has smooth acceleration, easy steering, and a tight enough turning radius to maneuver around aisles and smaller indoor spaces. It handles outdoor surfaces without any issues, and the motor feels strong and responsive. Battery Life: One of the standout features is the extended battery. It easily lasts through a full day of errands and still has charge to spare. The included charger is compact and quick, making it simple to top off whenever needed. Portability: Even though it’s a heavy-duty model, it disassembles into manageable pieces, which makes transporting it in the car much easier than expected. Perfect for travel, doctor’s visits, or weekend trips. Extras: The front basket is very handy, and all the controls are intuitive and easy to read. Overall, this scooter has been a game-changer for mobility and independence. For the price and features, it’s hard to beat. Highly recommended for adults or seniors who need a reliable, comfortable, and long-lasting mobility solution. ... show more

  • Vive Scooter vs Pride Go Go Elite
Color: Ruby Red
We purchased this Vive Scooter to replace a Pride Elite Go Go Traveler scooter we brought back in 2014. The brake locking wasn't working and the repair cost was more than this Vive scooter we purchased. After using this new Vive scooter for a couple of months now I will give a comparison to our old Pride scooter. Like most things in life there are trade-offs and pros and cons. We were very pleased with the Pride scooter until the brake locking got to be a hazard. So lets get to the pros and cons as compared to the Pride Mobility Scooter: Pros for the Vive Scooter: It will go off payment where the Pride Scooter would not go in grass, or anything but pavement. The Vive seat is a lot lighter to lift than the Pride. The Vive has lights, a louder horn. It has a smaller/lighter battery box. Battery life has been excellent using it on trips to the grocery stores, Big box stores, errands, etc. It has a large front basket It has plenty of power for a small scooter. It has slightly better ground clearance. Cons: It has a very loud beep when turning it on (I know, its just an annoying thing that causes everybody around to look at you when you turn it on) Removing the battery and the seat are no problem, but if you have to break the bottom down you have to unscrew a cable and then use some force to break it apart. The Pride uses a lever and it easily comes apart. In the rain you're going to get wet while you take the Vive apart. We have a minivan and I am able to lift the entire scooter less the seat and battery into the Sienna Van. (I am in my late 70s) While I have gotten used to it now, the battery box takes some pushing on to get it to seat. It come with a screw down plate that holds it tight, but the Pride scooter battery just dropped right in. So, on the Vive you often have to "fiddle" with the battery box to get it to work. Seat to foot rest distance is a little shorter on the Vive vs the Pride. If you are a tall or large person you might want a bigger scooter. The turning radius on the Vive is a lot greater than the Pride. My wife finds this aggravating in small places where she has to back up, pull forward several times to get out of say a restroom or somewhere confined.. Over all, We are very happy with the Vive Scooter. Especially since the Vive is about half the cost of the Pride. As for longevity, I can speak since we've only had it a couple of months. The Vive seems well made. I replaced the batteries in the Pride scooter several times over the year with batteries purchase from Amazon for about $60 each time. We'll see how these do over on the Vive. If you are an average sized person (give or take) I think this Vive Scooter will meet your mobility needs. If you have the extra money and demand the best, then the Pride Elite Go Go Traveler is a little better. ... show more

  • Great scooter/ ez assembly Great scooter/ ez assembly
Color: Silver Platinum
I ordered this for my husband because he broke his ankle and with the cast and two bad shoulders, neither a knee cart or wheelchair were doable. My husband actually put the whole thing together himself! Given his conditions above, that means it's a very well made machine and pretty easy to put together. It rides smoothly and maneuvers easily in our house. We haven't taken it outside yet. My only issue is that there's no way to quiet that loud beep. If there were a speaker we could cover it with tape. The noise it makes sounds exactly like a smoke detector, so it's quiet startling and scares us as well as the cat. Customer service was quick to respond via chat. They told me we could follow a video they sent to disengage the wires. The downside being it wouldn't beep for anything... meaning no low battery alert, no horn and would not warn us of other potential problems. Actually thinking of doing it. So despite the loud beep( turning it on, or forgetting to shut it off when idle) it is very nice. Well built, sturdy, easy assembly, simple to drive and has good turning radius. Glad we bought this one! ... show more

  • Great scooter for uphill use
Color: Blue Sapphire
Best purchase l could have made for my elderly dad. The color is vibrant (we got the blue) its compact yet powerful to go uphill and up our incline driveway. This has helped him with his knee pain. It also charges fast and the charge last a long time. I like that it has a horn and bright led lights. The little basket in the front is nice but l would have liked it to be bigger especially since it does not have the capability to attached one to the back like a previous model we had. The speed is go as well. It arrived in a large box note you will need at least two people to carry it in. It was super quick to assemble l was able to do it by myself. Instructions were clear and easy to understand. The build quality is good and so far has been safe and easy to use for my 82 yr young dad. ... show more

  • Giving me my mobility back!
Color: Blue Sapphire
Live Saving! This arrived quickly and was super easy to get set up! The shipping box was a little intimidating; but was perfectly packed to keep it protected in shipment. When I first started unpacking it I thought that it smelled of cigarette smoke. After I had it in my car for a couple of days the smell transferred to my car. I realized it was not a smell of cigarette smoke that I was smelling it was the smell of the leather seat and the rubber from the tires. The smell subsided with in a couple of days. I have joint and muscle issues as well as breathing issues requiring oxygen. My portable oxygen concentrator fits perfectly in the basket or on the deck between my feet if I need to use the basket to carry other items. This assembles and disassembles quick and easy and fits perfectly in the back of my Chevy Trax- just what I was looking for! With my issues I can easily put it together/take apart and get it in my car in less than 5 minutes. It runs at the perfect speed to get me where I need to go. It steers easily and turns well! I love the color - I got the blue- am sad that I scratched it the first time I put it in the car by dropping the seat on one of the fenders. :( May hit the auto parts store to see if I can get some touch up paint to fix my screw up! The seat is super comfortable and the adjustable arm rests are easy to adjust or leave off if I don't want to mess with them (reduces weight of the seat section) Personally I think the battery feels like weighs more than the rear section which is what they say is the heaviest part. I like that I can leave the scooter in my car and just bring the battery in to charge. I also have a power inverter in my car that I can plug the charger into and charge it in the car using the charging cord that came with it. It would be nice if it had a car charger- but this is easy enough to make do with the power inverter. Thank you for including 2 keys for it and an extra knob. I will be looking for another pin for the seat to add to the key chain that came with the extra key, just in case I lose the pin. The pin that attaches the seat takes a little getting use to as it makes the seat feel a little wobbly and unstable. Initially I felt like I was going to fall off the scooter this got better after using it and adjusting to the feel. The swivel seat is great and easy to use! One thing that I am not that impressed with is how loud the beeps are when you turn the scooter on. I was in a hospital waiting room and the sound echoed so loudly that others in the waiting room commented. I also forgot to shut it off and the alarm started sounding. It was loud enough that the people working the desk immediately thought it was an alarm in the hospital it was embarrassing and frightening. One thing that doesn't show up in the instruction book is that the constant "screaming alarm" means that it is in Neutral! I tried everything when I first set it up to figure out why it would sound the alarm as soon as it was turned on. Seriously began thinking I was going to have to figure out how to put it back in the box and ship back! It was very annoying with it screaming to try to count the "beeps" to figure out what the actual alarm was. It was just an accident that I figured out that it was in neutral. -1 star for the loudness of the alarm/beeping and the wobbly feeling seat. If you are struggling with mobility, this scooter is just what is needed to help increase mobility and allow you to get going again. I am so thankful to have it! ... show more
