Got it for my son for gaming and as a homework desk chair. He actually assembled 90% of it himself. All the fasteners where properly included. Direction were pretty easy to follow. He pointed out some interesting statements like "indoor use only". Two people made the final assembly of the upright back piece much easier. Seems like a quality chair, he just got it on Dec.25th so we will have to see how it holds up. So far so good. ... show more

saw this and needed a chair for working from home. easy to assemble, only thing id change is the side of the seat that flare up like a corvette seat for a larger guy like my self it cuts into the back on leg and can get uncomfortable after a long time sitting working. I was first attracted to this item based on mostly favorable reviews. The adjustable lumbar and headrest and reclining back looked great. In reality, this is not a comfortable chair. The foam in the supports is very hard and when adjusted to the lower back and neck, it leaves the middle of your back unsupported. I now use it with the supports removed, which is a little better, although there is little padding. It's also doesn't breathe - very hot. On the upside, it looks great! My 9 year old wanted this year for his computer desk. I’m sure it’ll turned out to be a gaming chair. I love the design even more in person. The only part I dislike was the installation manual. It is too small. Some view are hard to see or make out on the orientation. Likely I’ve assembled enough things in my lifetime to figure some things out. I bought this chair because it came up in my search for chairs for big (fat, think, plus-sized, etc) people and had a higher weight capacity than I've seen on other chairs on the market. It's not working out and I might have to find a new chair. The Good - looks nice - adjustable lumbar and head rest The Bad -wheels were really tricky to push in (Pro Tip: turn base right side up, slide in casters, then push caster up against a wall or door to help hold the caster square and in place while you push down from the top. It's a little tricky because the other wheels will fall off but I found it easier than the way suggested in the directions) The Ugly - there's not that much of a cushion. I was really hoping this chair would make working from home more comfortable during COVID, but it's not comfortable for more than 30 minutes. If you're skinny, you might get some more time out of it but not sure if even skinny folks could do a full 8 hours on it. - if you have thicker thighs or hips, the "wings" on the seat dig in. VERY VERY uncomfortable, borderline painful. I need a new chair- it was a waste of money. ... show more
