I purchased the Vitamin-D w/K for a reason. Since I'm not one to sunbathe these days, and don't want to risk damage to my skin, I generally avoid the Sun at most costs! I think it's good to get a little sun, but if you don't at all I think purchasing this (which are easy to swallow by the way) would be a good route for you to go. K was important for me since Vitamin-D generally works better when K is there as a sidekick. It for some reason absorbs better into your blood stream, uses that Vitamin-D in all the good ways rather than taking Vitamin-D alone without any K involved. I'm not going to tell you why, just do the research or Chat GPT it if you really want to do why K is very important for Vitamin-D to absorb and work properly. But make sure you're not going to have any issues with Vitamin-K, so I'd consult with your Doctor before taking 10,000 D with K. I've noticed I have way more energy with Vitamin-D 10,000 w/K, and just feel mentally better (more positive). I feel Sunkissed without the Sun if you get my drift, and know what I'm implying. Great company, capsules can be swallowed with water easy! I counted all capsules inside the bottle which is also important too. Will be purchasing again since it's a great value for two important Vitamins (D is more of a Harmone).
