My 7 year old wanted sleeves for softball and I went back and forth on getting more expensive (big brand name) ones but decided that she’s too little to get something that she’ll outgrow. These are great! I wouldn’t say they’re great compression, but honestly she just wanted it for looks anyway. We got the youth small and it fits well, tight at her upper arm and there’s a grippy strip of material to keep it in place. The material is like a pair of nylon leggings, the silky stretchy kind.
