I love that these are super small and easy to swallow. It packs a punch for the amount to money spent. I keep these in the fridge and I get the coconut oil based pills only. I've noticed a remarkable change in a lot of my health metrics, especially mental health and blood pressure. I had been reading that this is the right combination of D3 and K2. I was happy to receive this reasonably priced package that combined the two in an easily swallowed pill. I've been taking them for several weeks. Not sure I noticed any difference but I still think it's the best combo out there
