Everytime I use it for a few minutes feels a little rocky and creeky. Hasn't broke yet but only been using here and there since purchase. Definitely need to put effort in using it, the video makes it look easy. It's a good ab workout for however long you can do it.

This is really nice! I had to start out with 4 sets of 8 and really felt it in my abs for a couple days. Continued to work through them and now able to push myself further more and more without pain.

Let's start off with the easy stuff. Shipping was fast, it was very easy to assemble and it is not bulky in size. This machine is not for the weak and might I add even on the easy setting! It hurts to even breathe. We have named it Death Trap 500! It will definitely work your abs and your back! I am still hurting from using it. If we're being honest I will probably still be hurting into next week. I do not want to imagine the death we would feel if we increased the setting to a moderate level. ... show more

Works well but when I got on it the handles started bending and the weld was breaking. It's supposed to hold up to 300 lbs but I'm only 175
