    • Just arrived assembled and did my first set
The amazon outer box was a little overwhelming but the product box was much smaller inside, easily unpacked, and assembled for the first time. Basically, one pin, the one you can change/insert/remove later to vary the angle, starting Day 1 more horizontal then progressing to near vertical, plus the initial set up adds the one time installation of sliding the handle bars into the main frame and attaching with two screws and washers (about 1 minute) with the included allen wrench, then attaching the connector to the computer/counter, inserting one AA, then sliding it onto the frame and snapping the green cover over the junction (one more minute total). Fortunately, in conflict with the included instructions, the lower slider unit was already on the frame as it would have been the trickiest part of the assembly as it is heavy enough to support the rated weight, as is the A Frame Structural steel, I'm 210lbs and my first set of 5 was challenging but glided smoothly enough. I can already feel a tingling in my abs so I'm confident this will target and fix the right areas if I stick to it. I do wish they would have included a printed version of the workout rep chart as I had to go back to the listing to print one. ... show more

I ordered the Ab workout equipment to add to my home gym. Unfortunately mine was defective in that the monitor can't connect to the equipment. Having said that the equipment itself still works and I like it! Gives a good workout and the knee pad twists so that you can target your obliques as well. The one thing I didn't like is that the screws for the knee pad come through the bottom and stick out. They are on the downside so they are not visible and you probably won't rub up against them, but still, they stick out through the plastic and I don't like that. If that were fixed and the monitor worked then I would give it five stars. **UPDATED - The seller resolved the problems that I had with the wire. It had fallen down inside the main tube of the equipment. They also informed me that they have changed the screw on newer models and it is now flat. Therefore I now give this five stars!!! ... show more
