Great purchase!!! I was definitely hesitant to purchase a couch from Amazon. Without being able to sit on it and feel it. All I can say is it's more that I can imagine. The level of comfort is a 10 out of 10. If anything stains on it you're able to wipe it off with a baby wipe. Putting it together was definitely a pain in the butt. The sellar was wonderful and worked with us with an issue and resolved it so quickly. A+

Couch is super comfortable though. The fabric does not come already on, so you have to put those on yourself. That was the worst part in putting it together. However, I do love it. It's bigger than you think it would be.

This Sofa is better than the furniture stores! Big, plush and very comfortable. Purchased in Black. Not small and worth every penny. You will have to add the material/covers on all pieces. However it’s with the extra time vs the extra money.

First of all order I ordered an 8 seat but got 6. I received four boxes and two boxes were delivered the street behind me which I don’t understand how that happens. While trying to put it tougher it is very difficult to put the cover on the couch and instructions were not helpful! Most difficult experience and I’m still unhappy about recording less than what I paid for

Love the couch, highly recommend having 3 ppl to work on it. The ottoman cover does not come with zipper to pull over and it does not fit, I will need to take it to have a zipper added so it fits. Other than that great sofa!

This sofa is better than I'd hoped - so soft and cozy. My dog and cat also love it! The only issue I had with the order was the delivery. It came in 4 separate boxes. The first 2 boxes arrived immediately, but it took another couple of weeks for the last 2 to arrive. I think that may have been because I ordered it just before Christmas and the delivery trucks were overwhelmed. I don't think it had anything to do with the Seller, who communicated with me the entire time and gave me a small refund because of the delivery issues. The other thing I want to mention is that it is easy to put together but because of the way it ships, you really do need to have another person to help you unpack it. The cushions are vacuum sealed, rolled and placed inside the bases (with all accessories) and they are lodged in very tightly. Once you get those pulled out, the rest is easy. Because I have animals, the washability factor was important to me, so I checked to make sure the covers come off easily and they do appear to do so.

The media could not be loaded. The couch is extremely big. I wish the covers already came on because it took me 5 hours by myself. Overall the couch is comfy. I’m going to buy 6 inch legs since I like my furniture to sit up higher.
