I was afraid of buying a bike online but decided to go for it once I read the reviews on the customer service etc. The box was delivered punctured and taped in various places where it was punctured in transit, but because it was so carefully and well packaged the bike was unaffected. It was easy to assemble. I'd say it was 90% assembled. I assembled it on my own, I'm a 60 yr old woman. Afterwards, I had a friend help me adjust the brakes a bit and off I went for a ride. I will take it to a bike shop soon to make sure the gears etc are well oiled. I 100% love my new bicycle! ... show more

I love this little bike! It was a bit tricky for me to put together since I’ve never assembled a bike before. Some of the instructions were unclear, with unlabeled parts and awkward translations, so that part wasn’t the easiest. That said, once it was all together—totally worth it! It’s super cute, rides really nicely, and I keep getting compliments on it. It also came with accessories like a bell, basket, and bike lock. For the price, it’s a fantastic beach cruiser with 7 speeds-everyone thinks it cost way more than it did. Highly recommend! ... show more

I'm not sure what I (70+) was thinking to take on the challenge; did finally get it together "perfectly" with a few retries -- but couldn't get one pedal on (who knew that they screw in opposite; both are not "righty-tighty"). And then I took it to bike shop for safety check, to find out my brake wires were [laughable]. It's fun in the neighborhood, and performed well this weekend for a 15-mile trail in the Everglades. ... show more
