Why does my coffee machine stop dispensing coffee or dispense very little coffee? Air trapped in the internal water lines prevents the pump from drawing water. Confirm the water tank is full. Open the steam knob, and let it run until steady water or steam flows continuously from the steam wand. Then try brewing again. Is this machine beginner-friendly for someone who has never made espresso before? Yes. VIOMI is beginner-friendly with smart controls. Just select your desired shot, and the machine handles pressure, temperature, and timing for you. What are the advantages of Viomi compared to other machines? The Viomi espresso machine has two key advantages: 1) It maintains ideal 9Bar pressure through its programmed low-pressure pre-infusion. 2) NTC real-time temperature control ensures consistent flavor, cup after cup. Can I use the machine right out of the box? Do I need to do anything before first use? Before first use: Remove the red rubber plug from the tank port (or the machine won't draw water or will leak). Then flush the coffee outlet and steam wand a few times, discarding the first 2–3 cups and steam purge. Is the machine easy to clean? Is it high maintenance? I had great expectations. Unfortunately, after 1 cup of very good espresso, the maker stopped working. I tried all the recommended procedures and have to conclude that this was "infant mortality" . None of the functions worked, though they sounded like they were trying. Don't let all the flashy stainless steel look fool you. It's mostly plastic with a brushed stainless steel finish. Looks good, but certainly not built to last like my current Starbucks Barista which is going on 10 years of service with no problems other than taking up too much counter space. I was in the process of testing each function when it failed. I'll post info on it's replacement. I am replacing this order with the next model up which has a few more features, but is essentially the same machine. For $100, it great...if it would work. Other wise it's the most expensive cup of espresso I've ever had. ... show more

I've been waiting a bit to do my review to fully see how this expresso machine compares to my Delonghi. The VIOMI T1 Pro Espresso Machine has officially become my little cup of heaven. I bought it hoping to cut down on Starbucks runs, and save space from my huge Delonghi that honestly due to it's size overwhelms me and I barely touch it. But honestly, after using this machine, I don’t even want Starbucks anymore and I want to give my Delonghi away to my nephew who just got married. This compact espresso maker delivers café‑quality drinks right at home, and it has completely changed my morning routine. First thing, The build and design: The first thing you notice is how sleek and modern it looks. The stainless steel finish gives it a premium feel, and despite being compact, it doesn’t look cheap or flimsy. It fits perfectly on the counter without taking up too much space, but still feels sturdy and well‑built. The layout is intuitive, everything is right where you expect it to be. Second, 20‑Bar Pressure Performance: This is where the magic happens. The 20‑bar pressure system pulls espresso shots that are rich, bold, and full of flavor. The crema it produces is thick and velvety, the kind you normally only get from a professional machine. Every shot tastes smooth and balanced, and the consistency is impressive. Whether you’re using fresh grounds or pre‑ground espresso, the machine extracts beautifully. Third, Temperature Control: Temperature control is one of the most important parts of good espresso, and the NTC system on this machine keeps everything stable.
