The media could not be loaded. Perfect!!! Get it if you have standard 4 inch vinyl siding on your house or trailer, in my case it's a double wide. Most double wides (or singles) don't have any type of a door frame around the door wide enough to mount the ring cam to so that it will be flat. Most of us have a little strip of vinyl siding frame around our doors maybe 2" wide, and I knew that I could not mount it as is - to my vinyl siding where a doorbell would normally be placed so I got lucky and I just researched it and found that they do make such a plate. And now my ring door cam is completely flat and flush, watch my video for more information! I'm beyond happy. Oh and this fits generation 1, 2, 3, 4, 3 plus & 4 plus! Turns out mine was a generation 2, but it mounted with the same instructions as Generation 1 and so, on just look at the pictures ... show more

Just moved into a new house with siding and was sad because I couldn’t mount my doorbell, and then I found this! Super easy to install and works great. Only thing I would change is it to be screwless so I wasn’t putting screw holes into my siding. But overall I would rate 8/10

The adhesive mounts did not work at all for vinyl siding, so I had to purchase these. As you see, due to the wider panels, it doesn't fit the siding perfectly at the top and bottom, but it is still secure, and fits flush. Be sure to use the hardware that comes with it. The longer screws securing the mount to the siding is most important. My doorbell is secured. ... show more
