Chair is functionally very nice. My 8 year old son especially loves the massage feature. It has only been a couple weeks since I bought the chair, and there have been no major issues so far. The assembly is a bit tricky. They used the armrests as the part to join the bottom of the chair to the back of the chair. Armrests appear to be plastic, which I am not sure how well they will hold up over time. Might be very well.... might be not well at all. Only time will tell. Adjustability is kind of where the chair loses a point. It has up and down adjustment, but you cannot lean back in it, or adjust the lumbar support. Also seems like the design is more for a short person. I keep wanting to slide the back part up. My wife and kids have no issues using it. So I might just be picky. The chair sits unevenly. This is a replacement chair as I had got this replaced because the original one they sent me was the same way. As the saying goes..... You get what you pay for. I'll be seeking other options as I cannot sit in this chair for 12 hours a day the way it is.
