These seem like a nice way to mark your piano keys, instead of using stickers or post-it notes. They’re silicone strips that just lay at the top of the keys, out of the way and unobtrusive to the player. I know a lot of people use numbers instead of notes when they’re learning, but this gives the note and how each note looks on the staff. Hopefully that helps when reading sheet music. These only mark the white keys — I guess you’re gonna just have to memorize the black keys. The strips of markers come in 3 pieces, and for a standard 88-key keyboard, the pieces have to be laid out in a certain arrangement for them to fit. The piece that has “A” on the left and “B” on the right goes first (on the left side of the keyboard), then the longer strip that starts with “C” and ends with “B”, and then the one that starts and ends with “C” goes on the right. 5 stars ... show more

This set comes in 3 pieces. The 2 smaller ones fit on each end and the longer one goes in the middle. They are easy to put on and take off. You do have to be careful doing that though as they will tear easily so I'd recommend leaving them on the piano until you don't need them anymore. The printing on each tab is clear and I like the different colors. I like that it shows what the note looks like on the music so you can match it up with the key. The media could not be loaded. I was excited to see that this product didn't have to be permanently on the keys of my keyboard or piano and could be easily removed. It came with simple and clear instructions and it the strips are a good quality. I tried this on my acoustic piano first. It comes with 3 easy to add strips and has the notes and where they belong on the staff clearly printed on it. On an acoustic piano, you do have to be aware that the strips can start to slide back into the piano after lots of playing. It is usually not an issue when you have beginning pianists who are just learning. However, I will say that if you are a more skilled pianist, you would want to remove the strips to play because your fingers will touch and slide the strips that hang down. I don't find that bothersome because of how easy they are to add and remove. My kids are enjoying having them and I think it valuable when they need help finding notes on the piano and I am unable to assist them. I also tried these on my keyboard and think the work even better on the electric keyboard because they don't slide back at all into the piano. Overall, I think it's a great product and I was happy to find something that didn't have to ruin my new to me piano, and that I can easily move back and forth between my acoustic piano and electric keyboard. ... show more

These keyboard labels are fantastic! They are made from silicone and do not have a sticky backing; they don't need it. They are lightweight but weigh enough to stay in place through the most active piano playing, and they do not hamper key movement. I got the rainbow colored, and I'm glad I chose those since the keys are color-coded, which makes it easy to quickly pick out specific keys. Middle C is clearly labeled. I put mine on an 88-key electronic piano and they fit perfectly. There are three strips, and each one is labeled with the location to place it on the keyboard. They also have the sequence of syllables used in solfège, but "Ti" is written as "Si". No big deal, just a consequence of something made in another country. These will also work for 61-key keyboards, and the instructions are included to adapt for that. They come in a sturdy plastic box for storage when not in use. They are removable and can be wiped down, soaked in water, or run under the faucet to clean. ... show more

I’ve been learning piano for about six weeks, and these silicone note guides have already shaved serious time off my practice sessions. Because they’re flexible strips instead of traditional adhesive stickers, installation is literally a three-second job—lay strip 1, strip 2, strip 3, done. There’s no fiddling with tweezers, no sticky residue, and no fear of scratching the keytops. The letters and staff notation are printed large and bold, so I can glance down mid-scale and instantly confirm my fingering without breaking flow. Even the black-key sharps/flats are marked clearly, which helps me internalize the octave pattern instead of hunting for landmarks. Although the set is sized for 88 and 61-key keyboards, I trimmed the silicone with regular scissors to fit my Native Instruments S49 (49-key keyboard), and the clean edge still sits flush. When I’m ready to wean myself off the visual aid, I’ll just peel off the strips and store them flat; they don’t curl or warp. For any beginner, or intermediate player brushing up on music theory muscle memory, these “non-stick stickers” are the best kind of teacher: always there when you need them, invisible when you don’t. ... show more

Not what I was expecting exactly but work really well on my my Roland Go-Keys that has 61 keys. These are not the sticker type of piano labels. These are silicone pads that lay over the tops of the keys. They have enough weight to them that they actually stay in place really well. The pads are also connected so that helps them stay in position. Both the sheet music notation and letters on the pads are clearly legible. The more I played the keyboard the more I actually appreciated that this configuration does not hide the notes underneath the fingers. Installation is quick too.
